We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing.

A special thank you to Ann Ding, the Front Desk Manager, who kindly accommodated our early check-in after our morning arrival. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a walk-in closet and a well-appointed bathroom with a bidet, which added to our comfort throughout the stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from Wangfujing Shopping Street, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring the city.

The housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day. I especially appreciated how thoughtfully they organized my vanity and personal items, keeping everything neat and tidy.

To make our stay even more memorable, the team surprised me with a beautiful towel arrangement, flowers on the bed, and a slice of cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made me feel special.

Thank you to the entire Hilton Beijing Wangfujing team for the exceptional service and memorable experience. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Beijing.

Would like to say this is the best housekeeper I have ever had. Miss 冉建霞 already wrote a warm note to welcome us before we arrived, particularly a tower bunny was prepared to welcome my daughter. It pleased her after a long flight. Although the hotel is literally old but cleanings is outstanding which still make it extremely comfortable.

A great hotel in the heart of the city. Location is perfect, next to a nice shopping mall. We received excellent service from the front desk, concierge, restaurants and from our housekeeping team Zhang Aimin. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Beijing.

The experience was very positive and I really enjoyed my stay. All of the staff members helped me out when it was needed and I had a really good time talking and enjoying myself with the hotel’s services. I feel that the pool environment here is quite good, the water quality is also good, and the staff is especially helpful.

A high quality Hilton in a truly great location for touring Beijing. Friendly front desk team who were very helpful and spoke enough English (with some help from the DeepL app!) to help us with everything we needed. Two double rooms on the 10th floor were wonderful and very well appointed. Good AC, hot water and shower!
Toilets everywhere in Chinese hotels are less private than we are used to, (glass doors and walls and rather more open than in western hotels! but we learned to love the way it opened the lid and switched on lights when you entered! and had a whole range of ‘options’ on the panel!)
The room rocked!
Breakfast at the buffet restaurant was impressive and very extensive and there were lots of western options to choose from as well as amazing Chinese dishes.
We had dinner twice at the Chinese restaurant - Sweet and Sour Pork was the best I’ve ever eaten!
A short walk to Tianenmen Square and the Forbidden City and about 45mins walk to the Beijing Ming wall ruins and the Temple of Heaven park - all worth doing.
The zoo was a let down - wouldn’t really recommend it - and we only got to see two pandas sleeping inside the habitats. There are up to 16 pandas at the Beijing zoo - so it was very disappointing.
Shopping is right outside the hotel - and the Mall is huge!!!
Definite recommendation!

Perfect location from which to explore the City! The staff are all polite and helpful and the breakfast is exceptional. Every Asian and American option you can imagine is available and delicious! Rooms are spacious, linens are wonderful and shower is AMAZING!
Highly recommend the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing!
