- From Novotel Hua Hin Cha-Am Beach Resort & Spa: 10:30, 11:30, 13:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00, 19:00 hrs.
- From Hua Hin: 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30, 17:30, 20:00 hrs.

Please note that the shuttle service is subject to availability and a 1-hour advanced booking is required.

Please note that pets weighing under 10 kg are allowed to stay in Superior Rooms, which is located on the 5th floor. The maximum number of pets allowed is 1 per room. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for more information.

โรงแรมใหญ่ ติดทะเล ในห้องมองวิวสวยมาก ด้านหน้าวิวทะเล ตอนเช้าดูอาทิตย์ขึ้น ด้านหลังวิวทิวเขาเป็นแนวยาว ดูอาทิตย์ตก ชอบมากค่ะ ถ้าไปชะอำ-หัวหิน จะไปพักที่นี่อีก

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Kein Internet !! Laut Auskunft eines Technikers vom Hotel ist das Internet defekt. Hotel ist teilweise sanierungsbedürftig. Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen.

Pros:

Lot of facilities to come together ans spend time as a family

Cons:

The wait time for the lift was very high and often too crowded secondly the beach is hardly accessible due to high tide ans often when the tide was low the small tiny beach was scattered with sharp rocks

Good facilities with kid friendly; kids club, swimming pool for kids and kids corner in the restaurant.

Cons:

It would be better if the TV can connect with the wifi. The water pressure is higher for the shower.

Wonderful stay, very good value for money, recommended…..
Pros:

Almost everything such as view, facilities, room size….

Cons:

Only down side I can think of is breakfast. Not a huge amount of choice, but decent though. The other thing we suffered with lack of halal food.

Good value for money
Pros:

Staff, view, location. Overall good value for money

Cons:

Air-conditioning was struggling, glass sliding door did not close properly the maintenance staff couldn't fix it. Rooms looks a little dated.
