Please be informed that the hotel provides a scheduled shuttle service to Cha-am and Hua Hin for an additional charge. The times are as follows:

- From Novotel Hua Hin Cha-Am Beach Resort & Spa: 10:30, 11:30, 13:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00, 19:00 hrs.
- From Hua Hin: 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30, 17:30, 20:00 hrs.

Please note that the shuttle service is subject to availability and a 1-hour advanced booking is required.

Please note that pets weighing under 10 kg are allowed to stay in Superior Rooms, which is located on the 5th floor. The maximum number of pets allowed is 1 per room. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for more information.

Almost everything such as view, facilities, room size….

Cons:

Only down side I can think of is breakfast. Not a huge amount of choice, but decent though. The other thing we suffered with lack of halal food.

It would be better if the TV can connect with the wifi. The water pressure is higher for the shower.

Another perfect stay – simply outstanding!
Pros:

I have been traveling around Thailand for quite some time now, but the Radisson in Cha-Am truly stands out as one of our absolute favorite memories. Everything was absolutely perfect, including our most recent stay.

From the spacious, cozy room and the beautifully bright, large bathroom to the stunning sea view from the balcony, the friendliness of the staff, and the superb breakfast – everything was top-notch. Cleanliness is something you don’t even need to mention here, as it is completely a matter of course. We highly recommend this hotel!

Good value for money
Pros:

Staff, view, location. Overall good value for money

Cons:

Air-conditioning was struggling, glass sliding door did not close properly the maintenance staff couldn't fix it. Rooms looks a little dated.
