We always stay at the Novotel Airport Hotel whenever we visit India, and every single stay has been a wonderful experience.

The staff members are truly exceptional. They are warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with any problem. During our last trip, our flight was unexpectedly canceled. Even though the hotel was completely fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to support us. A special mention goes to a lovely staff member named Shweta, who personally ensured we were completely comfortable and well taken care of right until we left the premises. The team even took care of our heavy luggage and arranged reliable transportation so we could safely move to another hotel.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone traveling through the area!

An unforgettable stay with exceptional hospitality that made our family feel truly special!

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Novotel Hyderabad Airport. We were pleasantly surprised to be selected as the Guest of the Day, and the team made our family feel truly special—from the personalized airport pickup with a name placard to the beautiful pool-view room, flower bed decoration, welcome cake, and a lovely soft toy for our daughter. We also really appreciated the lounge access, dinner discount, and smooth airport drop-off; the hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our stay.

Cons:

There was honestly very little we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was well organized and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and memorable. If anything, we only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel and its facilities!

Rooms were clean, location was good.

Cons:

The hotel is at best a business 4+ star hotel but charges 7 star rates for food. They know they have a captive guest close to the airport and they charge 2X of other WAY better 5 star hotels for food. This seriously put me off, having stayed in the best of the best hotels in India and abroad.

A very well-maintained hotel close to the airport. The breakfast was lavish. The gym was top notch. The admin Mr. Venkat was very helpful to trace my colleague's mobile which was left behind in the airport transfer bus. Couldn't guess it was 18 yrs old.
