出張での一泊には贅沢なくらいによかった。
Pros:

予想よりもかなり綺麗なホテルでした。空港近くのトランジットホテルのqualityではなく、結構いい感じ。部屋も広く、ベッドも快適でした。スタッフも親切でしたが、ちょっと押しが強いかな

We like the hotel ambience and great food at the restaurant.

Cons:

Our reservation , booking process and finding the path to resolve the problem was pathetic experience. I spoke to two escalations between floor manager, all they kept saying was sorry its our policy with booking.com and we cannot help you in anyway. No one was interested to solve the problem rather take the money and run. I will not recommend the place to anyone personally.

We always stay at the Novotel Airport Hotel whenever we visit India, and every single stay has been a wonderful experience.

The staff members are truly exceptional. They are warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with any problem. During our last trip, our flight was unexpectedly canceled. Even though the hotel was completely fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to support us. A special mention goes to a lovely staff member named Shweta, who personally ensured we were completely comfortable and well taken care of right until we left the premises. The team even took care of our heavy luggage and arranged reliable transportation so we could safely move to another hotel.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone traveling through the area!

An unforgettable stay with exceptional hospitality that made our family feel truly special!
Pros:

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Novotel Hyderabad Airport. We were pleasantly surprised to be selected as the Guest of the Day, and the team made our family feel truly special—from the personalized airport pickup with a name placard to the beautiful pool-view room, flower bed decoration, welcome cake, and a lovely soft toy for our daughter. We also really appreciated the lounge access, dinner discount, and smooth airport drop-off; the hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our stay.

Cons:

There was honestly very little we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was well organized and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and memorable. If anything, we only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel and its facilities!
