Great hotel and staff. Totally recommended.
Pros:

Quiet and very clean. The staff were just delightful nothing too much trouble and always smiling. Apartment was well equipped with good air con. Great pool and grounds. Short walk to centre and supermarket.

Cons:

Nothing it was all just great.

Excelente experiencia, é para repetir no futuro.
Pros:

Excelentes vistas a partir da penthouse, o apartamento é muito espaçoso assim como o espaço exterior.

Cons:

Não achei piada em ser atendido no primeiro dia em Inglês. Mas fomos muito bem atendidos, por pessoas muito atenciosas.

Pros:

Ótima zona exterior com piscina. Funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos, sempre atentos às nossas necessidades. Lobby amplo e com muita luz natural, assim como os quartos.

Cons:

O bar/restaurante deveria servir jantares, para além das refeições leves que serviam até ao fim da tarde, seria uma opção cómoda para os hóspedes do hotel. Os quartos poderiam ser melhorados, a cama não era a mais confortável.

Pros:

very large rooms in the Algarve and the balcony was wonderful to sit and watch the sunset. Bar staff and bar was great

Overall it was very nice
Pros:

It was very clean and staff were very friendly location also

Cons:

My daughter had a baby it was very difficult to get up and down to pool
Also the pool table was very expensive it was 3 euro and a lot of kids use this it’s a bit expensive everday most places are a euro
