This was indeed a horrible experience for my family. Just really disappointed.
Pros:

I can honestly say this was a disaster. My family was there to celebrate a graduation but given the circumstances they had to experience I cannot say I liked anything. May suggest that your rooms are thoroughly cleaned and if need exterminated for any insect problem.

Cons:

There were water bugs and spiders in their suite. When notifying the front desk about this insect problem, they did nothing to accommodate my family. The last night of their stay, they notified the front desk clerk Robert. This was after midnight, this was when finally they offered to move my family to another suite. (too little too late). Seeing that this was already into the next morning and they were checking out why weren't they offered this accommodation the first night of their stay when this issues was first brought to their attention. I am very unhappy and frustrated. I am more angry at the manager Hithan Patel. Mr Patel was not apologetic about this issue at all. Mr. Patel offered nothing to my family to offset their stay in such a horrendous environment. No guest should ever experience anything this grotesque during their stay at any hotel.

It was a decent stay. Needs updates

The room was spacious and quiet however the room was across from the Landry faculty and the staff talked too loud
