"GREAT STAY"
Pros:

Love everything about my stay here, really nice and comfortable.Rooms, lobby, pool, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!

Cons:

I minor issue! Wish the coffee could've stayed out longer 😀

Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our linen in our room was filthy. It had bandages on it. I even spoke to the General Manager, David Brawner personally and he said he would have them change the sheets and nothing was ever done.

No going back didn’t stay in room I changed my room not going back

Cons:

The first room I was put in was very dirty and had a lot of dust in the room like it wasn’t used in a long time also the tub had black spots in it. I was trying to call FD but I didn’t want to phone it was soooo very dusty and table was dirty didn’t fell comfortably in that room at all it had water spots just bad.

Cons:

Hotel had computer issue and forever 3hours and could not check us in at 6:00 i had to find a new hotel. What a hassle still waiting for a refund as we prepaid.

The fact it was near other restaurants. This was a bad experience 😕 with this room. The first room wasn't clean hair all over the bed. So they moved my husband and I to a different room, which was okay!

Cons:

The first room was nasty hair all over the bed and floor. And one of their works stole my things. I called to speak with the manager on Monday, and there is no return call yet from my voicemail I left. Never again will I stay at this hotel. Wasn't worth my money three hundred dollars. For two nights !!

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

I was given an ADD room that was very large with a separate sitting/work area. Very large bathroom. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was quiet, as requested. Two TVs in the room. Ample handicap parking in the well-lit parking area. Check-in was a breeze with very pleasant front desk clerk. I also received a nice warm walnut chocolate chip cookie at check-in. I had one of the best night's sleep in quite a while.

Cons:

There was not anything to dislike about the Double Tree. Excellent from check in to check out.

Very nice
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Including the individuals that made our food and served us.

Cons:

We did not use the pool, but did sit in the area by the pool. The floor of this area was not clean.
