Disappointed in muck up and trying to charge us extra, but was a nice place

Cons:

We booked and paid for four people in two rooms next to each other and ended up on different floors and were told we had to pay for them to make up couch into bed

It was ok not worth the $350 we paid for one night
Pros:

The room was clean but needs some TLC, one chair had part of the leg missing, the fold out lounge was bent at the end and not very comfortable, we only stayed one night.

Cons:

Finding a strange naked man in my room which was locked prior to my leaving. When came back doors all open and lights all on with naked man in my bed, manger moved me but nothing else was done was only told they would look at the cctv but nothing else.

I would stay here again but please get some cleaners to attack that mould with bleach!!
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, cafes. Don’t need a car if you stay here. Take the bus from Sunshine Coast airport for 50 cents!! Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful (5 stars). Good communication on booking, check in and check out. Good facilities with rooftop pool, sauna, deck! Unfortunately main pool is being renovated.

Cons:

The one negative is the mould in the bathroom..the shower was riddled with it. The rest of the apartment was a little dated but clean and well fitted out with everything you need to stay one night or one week! The bed was large & comfy. The balcony a good size.

Don’t stay here
Pros:

I didn’t appreciate the ladies attitude on the front desk sending me a message telling me that unless I login online within the next 15 minutes they cannot leave the key out for me after 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I mean most hotels you can’t check in until 2 o’clock in the afternoon so I had to stop everything for the day and try and find a way to login online. where the verification code was going to the wrong number. The hotel was super loud. I didn’t get an area to park under the building. I found the bed very uncomfortable and I would not recommend this place at all. Also, the lady when I spoke to her on the phone was busy telling me that there was leaking water in another unit and she couldn’t help me because she was busy doing other things. I found this quite rude to be honest.
