Super viele Möglichkeiten sich sportlich zu bewegen.
Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok.
Obfite i różnorodne śniadania, duży basen, lokalizacja na plus. Dowóz do centrum miejscowości prywatnym busem.
Nietypowe gniazdka elektryczne w pokoju. Brak mozliwości osobistej regulacji klimatyzacji.

Siamo una famiglia di 2 adulti e un ragazzo di 17 anni in sedia a rotelle. Abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza splendida in tutti i sensi. Alloggiavamo in Hotel. Stanza sempre pulita, vista fantastica sul giardino e una veduta fantastica sul lago. Camera ampia il giusto per passare una decina di giorni in pieno relax. Ma i nostri più grandi complimenti vanno alle persone che ci lavorano. La reception sempre cordiale e disponibile, il caposala è una persona splendida che ci ha trattato con dei guanti d'oro, compreso TUTTI, ma dico TUTTI i ragazzi che compongono una squadra che fa il suo lavoro con un amore infinito, e che automaticamente viene visto con la loro disponibilità ed efficienza nel lavoro. Facciamo i nostri più grandi complimenti alla struttura, ci rivedremo prestissimo!!
La struttura ha solo un problema, non è adatta e strutturata per le persone in carrozzina. Per andare in piscina si potrebbero avere grandi difficoltà, vista l'assenza di una rampa per raggiungere la piscina stessa e la distanza tra l'hotel e gli appartamenti collegata da una strada non a livello. Però nel caso la struttura mette a disposizione piccole macchine da golf e sono sempre disponibili. Nostro figlio è leggero e siamo riusciti a muoverci quasi in tranquillità, ma per altri potrebbe essere un grande problema, perché la struttura è praticamente su una collina. Questa è la mia unica nota negativa, facilmente risolvibile, con una piccola rampa all'ingresso della piscina, un"altra rampa per scendere sul bellissimo giardino ed almeno 2 parcheggi per disabili nella prossimità dell'Hotel. Per il resto tutto perfetto.
We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Poiano Garda Resort. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery with stunning views over Lake Garda. Our Junior Suite was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our family.
The huge pool was a highlight, and breakfast had plenty of choice. The free shuttle into Garda was really convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
A beautiful, relaxing resort with a lovely atmosphere and a great base for exploring Lake Garda. We’d happily return! ❤️
The resort is quite hilly and spread out, so getting around can be tiring especially in the August heat.
This resort was spread out in it's own estate and so never felt crowded. The room was a good size and was clean. It had stunning views of the lake in the distance. Breakfast had a good array of options each morning. The house keeping team did a very good job and never interrupted us when we were in the room. The pool was a good size.
Most of the staff seemed to not enjoy their jobs, as our experience was that the majority were not friendly, did not smile or greet you and did not seem interested in offering much assistance to their guests. Luckily, the resort app you can download was useful to find out the basics about the facilities. The location of the hotel is quite a distance from the main town - there is a free shuttle bus service from the resort to Garda Town but this ends by about 8:45pm and so, with taxis almost non-existent, it means that you end up stuck at the resort quite early or having an uphill walk back (which was not an option for us with two small children and in the temperatures we experienced there this summer). The pool bar had a good food menu throughout the day, but the evening menu was very limited - we also discovered that the pool bar shut on days when the pool had to shut due to stormy weather., so food choices were very much reduced in those instances.

Volendo trovare qualche cosa da migliorare, il menù potrebbe offrire qualche alternativa in più vegetariana e vegana: molto orientato allo standard internazionale e tedesco. Tuttavia è sicuramente già di buon livello con diverse opzioni
