Pros:

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. I did hear some scratching coming from the bathroom walls, not sure what that was....we were on the first floor.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the disposable plates and plastic forks. The best western in Saint John uses regular plates and silverware. I shutter to think of the amount of waste generated.

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Mattress and pillows were not comfortable and didn’t sleep at night. Fridge didn’t work and had to throw out all food and medications.

A great place to stay, friendly staff and all and all a good experience.
Pros:

A nice place to stay the night. It was great having the pool. The breakfast selection was very welcomed in the morning.
