Disgusting, dirty nasty
Pros:

My room smell like a sewer. The bathroom was filthy when I got there it was nasty I liked nothing about the property.

Good for short stay in the Windy City.
Pros:

The room and furnishings were comfortable. It took us several tries to work the light switches but were satisfied with how we could use the lighting as needed during our stay. The hotel location was convenient to get to and travel in the area.

Cons:

The room did appear to be clean but discovered hair from a previous customer in the edge of the bathroom floor.

Pros:

Really nice area, a lot to do around the hotel, definitely for couples, nice and romantic, loved my whole experience. Would go back again

I enjoyed leaving.

Cons:

Customer service wasn’t great. I told them the toilet was dirty and the house keeping manager became defensive despite me showing her a picture of the bathroom being dirty prior to me arriving and no one came to apologize nor fix the situation. I had to wait a whole day until they finally addressed the issue. I spoke to Libby the girl at front desk and she told me she would have someone come clean the room over an hour passed I ended up missing dinner because the bathroom wasn’t clean for me to use the bathroom nor take a shower. When I called her to get an update she apparently forgot. She also was extremely rude to my friend and began waving her hand in my friend face when we asked for the room to be cleaned.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Nahe Flughafen und mit dem Zug war man in 40 Minuten in Downtown. Shuttelbus zum Flughafen

Cons:

Der Pool war nicht unbedingt einladend.

Pros:

The intelligence reflected in designers/architects whi had the foresight not to put vents for AC above the heads of sleeping guests! The proximity of a great restaurant next door. The proximity of a parking garage connected to the hotel by a sky bridge. 12:00 p.m.check out!

Great stay at the Aloft
Pros:

Extremely close to every location to visit in Rosemont. Cross the street and your in the Outlets. Cross the street and your at the Rosemont Theater, walk 5min through the attached garage and your in the Parkway entertainment area.

Cons:

Bathroom and shower could be better, I didnt see a microwave in the room.
