Would not stay here again
Pros:

Airport transfer bus was very efficient and on time. Otherwise overpriced, uncomfortable hotel.

Cons:

Booked with breakfast inclusive but only received a $10 voucher towards breakfast. Antiquated air conditioner in the room blew very cold air onto the bed all night. Thermostat control didnt work, and the system turned itself on and off all night. it was very loud. Had very little sleep.

Beware of room defects
Pros:

I unfortunately got the last room because I booked through a consolidator. I tried to contact both Marriott and the hotel manager about defects in the hotel room, but have not received a response. I was not seeking compensation, the room had defects that needed to be addressed.

First of all, the room was unsafe as the door to the hotel room didn’t self close. It’s a minor thing to remember to check that it’s closed, but every hotel I’ve stayed at this has self closing doors. I wouldn’t want to be followed in by someone I didn’t know if my arms were full carrying luggage or if I was pushing a stroller.

My second gripe is with the air conditioning. It was located under a desk and directly in front of a bed. It was a very muggy and hot day and the a/c was no match for it. I left the a/c on to cool the room off while I was at dinner; however, the room had not cooled off and it was excessively humid. There are ways to deal with the humidity, it’s a common problem in the Midwest that can be mitigated.

Booking directly through the hotel would have not changed the problems with the room. I didn’t stay and went to a competitor. I lost money but my sleep is more important.

Fine for an overnight stay near the airport.
Pros:

Close to the airport. Shuttle service was good. I arrived out of hours, called for the shuttle and it arrived. Room was very spacious. Seems like it would have looked modern a few years ago.

Cons:

Corridors quite grim. Some people would hate the design. Very utilitarian but I quite liked it.

A must so you can visit Fashion Outlets of Chicago at your convenience
Pros:

Spot on location for Fashion Outlets of Chicago which is across the road.
Easy access to restaurants

Has a bit of an industrial vibe, well decorated and clean. There are two computers stationed for guest use and a printer too (I’m less sure about how you would access a file downloaded for printing and didn’t actually test the printer.

Front of house staff are kind and helpful. Left luggage facilities available. The hotel shuttle is frequent enough to not worry about departure to the airport.

Excellent room and air conditioning. Mine was facing a main road and still quiet. Room conveniences aplenty including USB charging. Hotel is used by pilots so I guess they have very high standards.

Bien si vous allez au Convention Center et à l’aéroport.
Pros:

C’est surtout l’emplacement à 10 minutes du Convention Center et de l’aéroport. C’est surtout pour ça sinon la zone est sans intérêt. Sinon les chambres sont grandes. Bien équipées. Ça fait un mini studio donc c’est top.

Cons:

Il est TRÈS bruyant. Entre les pistes qui décollent des deux côtés et une voie rapide également derrière l’hôtel prenez vos précautions. Le prix pour la nourriture en libre service est hors de prix. Il y a un 7 Eleven à 5 minutes dans les Chicago outlets qui peut dépanner.

Pros:

I liked how close it was to the rosemont theater, it was a very walkable area to many places surrounded. Never stayed here but I would definitely recommend if you are going to be at a concert in the rosemont theater.

Cons:

How many times I had to walk over to the parking area and take many steps like go to the elevators for 2 separate places. Very few amenities, very small space to be in. The bathroom is a really weird thing where the toilet isn’t within its own. It’s in the shower so that really broke it to me. Water pressure is very low.

great location , poor customer service and false advertising on what paying extra for breakfast really means.

The reserved two rooms and paid for breakfast to be included , 2 adults in each room plus two children but only received a 2 $25 voucher for each room . that is as $50 for both rooms for the whole weekend. I ended up spending additional money on breakfast because for $25 for two adults and children it was not even close to half of the total with how the prices were set. The staff was also rude whenever asked a question . also on saturday night , the room next to us was playing loud music until 5am. when I mentioned this to the front desk , they claimed no one else mentioned anything and brushed me off . despite the location being great, the stay was not worth it and will definitely not book here again.

Disgusting, dirty nasty
Pros:

My room smell like a sewer. The bathroom was filthy when I got there it was nasty I liked nothing about the property.
