Second stay at this great hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

Great location with many restaurants and shopping near by. Large courtyard at the entry makes hotel feel very safe and easy to access via Tuk Tuk or car. Excellent pool with swim up bar.

Breakfast was really good with lots of option. Seating arrangement was very well as room was large and next to pool.

Pros:

Great location. Spa on premises is not the cheapest but pretty good. Nice pool. Staff very nice and helpful

癒しと冒険。
Pros:

ロケーションがとても良かったです。徒歩圏内にお店がたくさんあり、街の散策が楽しめました。ホテルの清掃もきちんとされておりました。５泊しましたが、１日だけペットボトルが補充されていない日があったので、徹底してほしいです。

Cons:

ホテルの問題ではありませんが、日本円が安くなっているので、「マッサージがたった50ドルでできますよ」「ダンス鑑賞とディナーが９０ドルです！」とホテルのフロントに言われましたが、全然安く感じませんでした。もちろん両方お断りし、ネットでダンス鑑賞を予約しました。恐らくホテルが紹介するものと同じか、同等の劇場レストランだと思いますが値段は半額ほどなので、ネットからの予約を推奨します！

A very nice hotel
Pros:

This is a very fine hotel. Located in the central district just off the main Boulevard of Siem Reap, it presents very well with its lavish interior featuring ornate artworks and furnishings in the foyer area. It feels very spacious and grand. The rooms themselves are of reasonable size with a balcony and qute comfortable. All of the usual amenities are provided. The room and all common areas were spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and were very willing to assist. The hotel has a large pool, gym, sauna and steam room.

Cons:

There was not much to dislike about this hotel. Perhaps the breakfast buffet could have offered more variety.

Pleasant, except for the water spillage in the bathroom. This can be easily fixed.
Pros:

Everything was good - location, hospitality.

Cons:

The glass shower doors in the bathroom seems to have been added recently - the water was spilling over to the rest of the bathroom.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel with large rooms, close to main tourist spots and markets. We were able to walk to most places or a tuk tuk is always available. Pub Street, shopping and historical sites all within easy distance of the hotel.
Excellent staff who go out of their way to make sure you have a great holiday. Good buffet breakfast and huge swimming pool are a bonus.
Our third stay at the Somadevi, no need to look elsewhere.

The best place to stay in Siem Reap
Pros:

My daughter and I travelled to Siem Reap in July and stayed again at the Somadevi. It’s our third time staying here - I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool/bar area is beautiful, and the breakfast buffet which is included in the room rate gives a variety of choices.
But it’s really the staff that make the difference. The staff are so professional and lovely. Everything was easy - from the check in process, to ordering food with dietary restrictions and anything else we needed. They even put a tarp over my scooter on a rainy afternoon without us asking. Every single staff member on the reception desk, the doormen, in the restaurant/bar or on security were wonderful. They all looked after us so well. We were very sad to leave.
Will definitely be staying again when we travel to Siem Reap.

The large family pool with the swim up bar. A beautiful breakfast with a great egg station. Friendly, helpful staff. Central to the city, close to shopping.

Que las botellas de agua pequeñas cobran a 2 dolares cada una, cuando todos los hoteles en Camboya la ofrecen gratis.

Great hotel, in a great city.
Pros:

A gorgeous hotel with great staff, services, room, spa, pool and food. There are plenty of great hotels in Siem Reap but this is one that was booked on my Holiday Max tour. Just an excellent place to stay and the facilities are so great. The pool is sensational, as are the Spa treatments. Highly recommend.

Central location, dated hotel
Pros:

Convenient location near many restaurants, shops, markets and massage parlours. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Two complimentary small bottles of water in the room on a daily basis.
However the hotel is dated. Amenities are not replenished and toilet paper is of poor quality. Also there are mosquitoes so pls remember to ask reception to spay before you sleep.
The services at the hotel are overpriced eg “special massage price” $29 while the normal price of one hour Khmer massage is $10 right outside the hotel.
A beer costs $7 (outside is $1-2).
Other than that, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Очень тонкие стены, твой покой зависит от вежливости соседа, в первую ночь громко работал телевизор и невозможно было спать, душ фиксированный в потолке, это неудобно, чистота условная, полотенца, простыни сероватые, завтрак сносный, но много несъедобных вещей, к сожалению гид, нанятый через отель будет возить вас через места его знакомых, и те будут вытягивать из тебя деньги, лучше нанимать гидов не в отеле

Very high quality hotel, oozing of character. Top notch service. Wonderful breakfast with so much choice. Location is perfect for night market and pub street, also plenty of places to eat including ‘indochina restaurant ’ opposite. Can’t recommend it enough … luxury at reasonable price, got mine through booking.com. Did I mention the relaxing pool and the lunchtime palm cafe for something less informal …. I was there for 9 nights, chambermaid ‘Sea’ worked out my daily pattern and fitted brilliant room
Cleaning everyday to suit!! This is a first choice if you go Siem Reap
