Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment super agréable, serviable et faisait des efforts pour parler français. Au petit déjeuner, la personne était également très agréable et serviable.
L'hôtel en lui même était super charmant.

Witam , niestety niemogę wypowiedzieć się na temat pobytu i lokalizacji ponieważ ze względu na wybuch Etny, mój lot został odwołany i nie dotarłem na miejsce , ale w tej wyjątkowej sytuacji hotel zachował się bardzo elegancko i zwrócił zablokowane pieniądze za rezerwację. Myślę że przy tak dobrym podejściu do swoich klientów hotelowi należy się najwyższa ocena, polecam i pozdrawiam.

Boutique hotel charmant con una bellissima anima

È un butique hotel ubicato all’Interno di un bellissimo palazzo storico a due passi da Via Etnea e asant’Agata. La struttura è un pochino datata, ma ben mantenuta e sono stati realizzati interventi di ristrutturazione che, assieme ai bellissimi soffitti affrescati la rendono molto charmant. Le camere sono grandi e molto comode. Impagabile il comodissimo parcheggio interno al chiostro, gestito benissimo dallo staff dell’hotel. Aggiungo poi che questo boutique hotel è dotato di un’anima, ci ferita dal meraviglioso staff che vi lavora. Oltre alla grande professionalità, non manca mai un sorriso, una gentilezza, la cortesia e disponibilità. Oltre al personale della reception, che offre un’attenzione quasi personale ad ogni ospite, la signora Stefania alle colazioni è una persona che con la sua gentilezza e carineria fa iniziare la giornata con il piede giusto. Quando tornerò a Catania, cercherò nuovamente posto in questa bellissima struttura, che è stata una bellissima sorpresa

We got that classic Italian vibe! So glad my two young daughters were able to experience it.
Pros:

Not sure where to start! Absolutely amazing staff, every single one of them. Communication amazing, ensured they met our exact needs.It was a very last minute booking as our flight home was cancelled last minute. I always wanted that authentic Italian experience within a town environment and WOW we got that. Breakfast on the roof terrace was unbelievable, again the catering team could not do enough for us (a family of four). The architecture in the rooms is out of this world. It is like something out of a classic Italian film. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. We only stayed two nights until our flight was re arranged, but i am now looking for an excuse to re visit for another break 😁.
