Colazione straordinaria servita in terrazza da Stefania che ci ha fatto sentire come ospiti amati a casa sua.
Qualità delle materie e livello di servizio da 10 e lode.
Massimo alla Reception ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua con consigli per visite, ristoranti, curiosità della città.
Ti fanno proprio venire voglia di tornare!

Schönes Palais mitten in der Stadt
Pros:

Ein ehrwürdes Stadtpalais mit großem Garten hinter einer hohen Mauer. Man muss etwas suchen, bis man den unscheinbaren Eingang gefunden hat. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Parkplatz im Hof gebucht, denn Parkplätze in der Innenstadt von Catania sind reine Glückssache. Das sehr gute Frühstück genossen wir auf der Dachterrasse. Um die Ecke liegt eines der besten Restaurants: Im Il Cumpari Turridu gibt es ein köstliches Filet vom Nebrodi-Schwein – ein Genuss!

Albergo eccellente in pieno centro con una terrazza meravigliosa
Pros:

Albergo centralissimo. Staff gentilissimo 24h. Camere pulite e comode. Tutto perfetto. E poi c'è la terrazza che da sola vale il viaggio.

Stopover in the middle of our Giro di Sicilia.
Pros:

Delicious breakfast buffet. Excellent cappuccino, juices, and sweet and savory options. Great hotel localization, 5 minutes by foot to Piazza Stessicoro. Parking in the inner courtyard (14 euro per night)

Cons:

A bit dark room and bathroom (not sufficient number of bulbs and they were too weak). I missed the kettle in the room.

My nephew and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a Superior Room, which was incredibly spacious. It easily accommodated all of our luggage and gave us plenty of space to unpack and spread out without ever feeling crowded. On of thee highlights of our stay was the highly efficient air conditioning. Being able to control the room temperature directly from our room made our stay exceptionally comfortable.
Unparalleled hospitality from Stephania!! Our breakfast experience was absolutely unforgettable, all thanks to Stephania. She is exceptionally attentive and possesses a rare gift for hospitality that sets her apart from anyone else. Stephania didn't just serve us, she anticipated our every need before we had to ask, brining a warm genuine energy that instantly brightened our entire morning. Her flawless memory and perfect timing made us feel incredibly valued and cared for. Each morning, Stephania remembered my dietary preference for cappuccino with soy milk and lactose free yogurt. If you are lucky enough to have Stephania hosting you for breakfast, you are truly in for an unparalleled experience. Thank you Stephania, for making our stay so special!
Our concierge Guiseppi was equally warm and welcoming as Stephania. Following his excellent advice, my nephew and I ended up dining at Street 54 restaurant for 3 out of our 8 day stay .
We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for top notch service and truly welcoming experience.

C’était parfait malgré l’éruption de l’Etna et l’annulation de mon vol retour.

Catania è sempre risorta malgrado terremoti e colate laviche.
Pros:

Posizione centralissima e struttura alberghiera inserita in una residenza nobiliare di pregio (palazzo Manganelli).
Colazione buona servita, se si desidera stare all'aperto, in un terrazzo con vista sull'Etna e sul giardino pensile.
Stanza ampia con affaccio su scorci cittadini di pregio. Disponibilità e cortesia del personale.

Cons:

Le rifiniture nel bagno ( box doccia, fuga delle piastrelle ecc.) potrebbero essere migliorate.
Il condizionatore si è rivelato un pò rumoroso.
