We loved our stay, until the next time

The location of the hotel is perfect.
The staff were fantastic and breakfast was good.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. Breakfast is tasty.

Cons:

The facilities are quite outdated. The bathroom, in particular, feels worn, with noticeable limescale buildup and peeling finishes, which creates an unpleasant impression despite being clean.
Although booking states that on-site parking is available, we only found out on the morning of check-in—when we contacted the hotel to ask how to access the parking—that it had to be reserved in advance. We had not received any information from the hotel beforehand about the check-in or parking procedures. Parking is available at an additional cost, and because the number of spaces is very limited, availability cannot be guaranteed. In addition, accessing the parking requires calling the reception on the fourth floor which makes the check-in process a bit inconvenient.

Hotel staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. It was very clean.

Cons:

The entrance to the hotel was not attractive. Access to the hotel was gained by using a tiny lift to the upper floor.

Cons:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Manganelli Palace. The hotel is located conveniently close to all the major sightseeing highlights of Catania. Staff was very friendly and the room spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Catania.
