Entspannte erholsame Tage
Pros:

Wunderschönes, architektonisch interssantes und stilvolles Hotel, eingebettet in die Landschaft. Lichtdurchlässig durch viele Fensterfronten. Herrliche Terrasse vor dem Restaurant mit Blick auf das Meer.
Kilometerweiter Sandstrand - nach rechts und links "ablaufbar". Bewachtes Baden direkt vor der Anlage.
Bequeme Betten. (PS: Es gab doch einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer - entgegen einer anderen Bewertung). Sehr freundliches Personal.
Fußläufig sind Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt in Kürze erreichbar.
Wir hatten sehr entspannte, ruhige Tage auf Porto Santo. Die Insel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wer wandern mag, hat auch hier Möglichkeiten. Der PR 1 zum Beispiel ist ein sehr schöner, aussichtsreicher Weg.

Stunning location!
Pros:

We visited Porto Santo in March and unfortunately the weather was extremely wet, windy and cold. In fact, the night we arrived on the ferry from Funchal a tornado had ripped through the island and had done quite a lot of damage to trees near the hotel. We were there for 3 days and sadly it was only on our last day that the skies cleared slightly, we were able to sit by the pool and the beach bar and restaurant opened- this beach bar is magic and we were just so sorry it had been closed for most of our stay. The location of this hotel is absolutely exceptional and the 1960's design hotel is lovely in sunny weather. It was somewhat bleak and cold in the windy grey skies but this was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly, the pool is beautiful and the access to the amazing beach is perfect. We had breakfast indoors each day due to poor weather and it was very good.

Cons:

The mausoleum structure of the Spa and Treatment centre towers over the pool and is very visually very harsh. It needs more planters or features to soften it.

Desta vez fiquei num quarto mais antigo. A cama é pequena e o colchão não está nas melhores condições. A casa de banho precisa de ser remodelado…

Pros:

Hôtel un peu ancien et simple mais qui est très bien.
Accès direct à la plage et proche du centre de Porto Santo.
Lit confortable et aménagé avec ce qu'il faut, un peu ancien mais en bon état dans l'ensemble.
N'avons pas essayé le SPA.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner peut être meilleur et avec plus de choix. Mettre une vrai machine à café.
Isoler la chambre car on entend bien le bruit le soir et matin.
