Cons:

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
I booked a Standard Room through Booking.com, but upon arrival I was given an Economy Room instead. As I was staying for only five nights, I decided not to waste my holiday arguing about it.
The bathroom was extremely small and poorly designed. The space between the sink and the bidet was so narrow that I had to turn sideways just to reach the toilet. I also had to squeeze sideways to get to the shower. There was practically no room to move.
Even worse, the shower drain was blocked. Water remained standing on the floor, together with other guests’ hair. I reported the problem and a technician came, but it was never properly fixed. I had to shower in standing, dirty water for the rest of my stay.
The breakfast was poor and exactly the same every day, with a very limited choice. The dining room was also often overcrowded.
Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was one of the biggest problems. As soon as they realised that I did not speak Italian, I felt completely ignored. Italian-speaking guests were repeatedly given priority, even when I had been waiting first. This was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.
On my departure day, I asked if I could stay in my room until the afternoon. I was told no, and nobody offered me any alternative. Only after contacting reception myself via WhatsApp did I learn that the hotel had a room where guests could shower and change after the beach. The room was in the basement, dark, dirty and unpleasant, with used towels lying on the floor and no clean towels available. I had to wait again until someone finally brought me clean towels.
When I later asked for my suitcase, I was again left waiting while the receptionist dealt with other matters. As a result of this delay, I missed my planned bus to the airport. The hotel reception had to call a taxi for me, and I had to pay €35 for the taxi that was arranged by the hotel reception because of the delay.

“Soggiorno davvero piacevole, tutto perfetto e curato nei dettagli.
Pros:

Ottima colazione, ricca e con ampia scelta di prodotti per tutti i gusti. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile. La posizione è davvero strategica e comoda per raggiungere tutto. Esperienza molto positiva, tornerò sicuramente!
