Dusche undicht und nicht wirklich sauber, Türen zu dünn/Spalt zu groß man hört alles vom Flur und jedes mal wenn eine Tür aufgeht klingt es so als wäre es die zu deinem Zimmer.

Prima voor tussenstop richting het zuiden.
Pros:

De locatie, de laadpaal welke vrij was. Onderweg naar het zuiden. Prima.

Cons:

Badkamerdeur in het slot was niet meer te openen, kamer 367. Moest met schroevendraaier de deur aan de buitenkant openen. Kindlief vond het maar niets; opgesloten zitten.

Personeel vriendelijk, ontbijt was ok. Niet spannend, ondanks 4*

Good value, comfortable and clean hotel. Easy to access Monza circuit.
Pros:

Nice clean rooms, good to have option of triple room for the children.

Cons:

Breakfast until 10am rather than 9.30 would have been good. Not much bread was left and no fresh fruit when we came down at 9.20 although I accept this was almost the end of breakfast.

Pros:

Größe der Zimmer.

Cons:

Temperatur der Klimaanlage zentral gesteuert. Man konnte die eingestellten 22 Grad nicht ändern. Das war viel zu kalt. Also hab ich die Klima immer wieder ein und ausgeschaltet. Matratzen unkomfortabel. Bad mit defekten Elementen. Im Essensbereich wurde nie direkt nachgefüllt, so musste man länger auf sein Brot usw. warten. Völlig unverständlich, obwohl genug Mitarbeiter da waren. Auswahl beim Frühstück ok, jedoch nichts Besonderes. Das Brot jedoch eine Enttäuschung. Die vier Sterne sind zu hoch angesetzt. Wofür eigentlich? Das Hotel hat höchstens ein 2 Stern Niveau.

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war beim Empfang völlig kalt und unfreundlich. Noch nicht mal ein "Hallo und willkommen" kam aus ihr heraus. Nach meinem "Hello, I'd like to check in" kam von ihr nur "Name and ID cards of all guests" zurück. So begrüßt man keine Gäste! Außerdem wurden wir (13 Personen) zu den Zimmern begleitet, was unüblich ist und nicht gefiel. Es war eine Art Zusatzkontrolle. Uns kam es so vor, als ob man sicher gehen wollte, dass wir 13 Personen waren und nicht doch die ein oder andere Person unterschlagen würden. Die Gruppen nach uns, die größer waren, wurden nicht begleitet.
