I wish we would have been told they were doing renovations at the time of our booking.
Pros:

It was conveniently located and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

They are currently under renovations and so it looked very unkept and disheveled. Plus we were woke up 2 mornings in a row to power tools running and loud demolition noise - one morning was the room directly above ours. And, our first threes days there every trash can inside and outside was completely overflowing. This was our first stay here so perhaps it was all due to the renovations.

Close to stores and restaurants

Cons:

My room was dirty, I had no shower curtain. Dog hair on the head of the box spring. I went to the clerk and asked to change rooms and he said he could not change my room or refund a partial of my stay because it was owned by Indians they would charge my card twice if he moved me to another room and he would be written up or fired. He literally went into the laundry room grab a shower curtain and handed it to me and told me to hang it up. I told him I paid for a clean efficiency room and wanted a different room and he still said he could not because the Indians would not allow it. He told me how there is not enough supplies or food for guests. I explained to him that was not why I was there. Very very unprofessional.

Someone used cups in room as ashtrays and they were still on tray like they could be used. Was not clean. The whole place was sketchy.

Pros:

Outside rough but understandable because of refurbishing the property. Had to walk through a construction to get to room but once got to the room, it’s one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in in the last five days.

This was a horrible experience.
Cons:

My daughter was bitten by bed bugs. Which she is highly allergic to bug bites. So this was very traumatic for us.

If you don’t mind the smell of cigarette smoke, it was a decent, inexpensive place to stop over for the night.
Pros:

Staff was welcoming. It was relatively inexpensive.

Cons:

Despite being billed as a non-smoking property, everything had an odor of cigarette smoke, including the room. It seemed they just tried to paint over it thinking that would eliminate the odor. It didn’t.

Prenotato con largo anticipo 2 camere per noi e per le nostre figlie ci hanno dato 2 camere lontanissime, addirittura su due differenti piani!!!!!!
