My staff was fabulous. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations.
Pros:

Staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating.
Room and facilities were exceptionally clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast was a great variety and delicious.
Especially enjoyed the 24/7 coffee.

Cons:

Would have liked more lunch/dinner food availability in the snack area.
I am a fan of Diet Pepsi, definitely not Cola.

Cons:

Lady at the Desk Tia was very rude I was just asking a simple question about the check in and the bathroom. When I came back with my husband she was different and all nice! We travel anywhere and always stayed at Hampton inn but this time I would never come back here in West Haven CT.

Pros:

The staff is friendly. It was reasonable in terms of price. The outside of the hotel is gross and overgrown and if I had seen it first I would never have booked this hotel. The lobby is hot and stuffy. The room is clean and spacious, but I have doubts given what the outside looks like. I will not stay here again.
