Pros:

Muy buen desayuno y piscina increíble.

Cons:

Comer en el restaurante fue decepcionante. Éramos los únicos en el comedor y una tardanza de 1 hora para dos platos de pasta. También añadir que los seven eleven o supermercados estabas super lejos.

Pros:

Very good hotel, the room is very big.
Nice pool, breakfast was the best I eat in Thailand.
The staff was amazing, if we will be again in kamala beach, we defenetly back to this hotel.

Aucun restaurants, centre commercile ni meme de 7 eleven a cote de l hotel. c'est vraiment un endroit paumé. le cafe coute 4.50 dans l'hotl et on est obligé de payer là.. plage super loin

An incredibly relaxing stay
Pros:

We were well surprised with everything as some of the previous reviews are not so favorable. Our room was spacious and overlooking the pool. It had everything we needed including a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. We requested a lower room which the staff were happy to accommodate but we decided to stay in the room on the 4th floor as the stairs were not too bad. The breakfast options were very good but a suggestion is to go early as it gets very busy!

The kids club is good with very friendly and attentive staff. Our 2 children (ages 5 and 6) loved the activities and were happy to stay there without us. The pool was so much fun especially with the slide. The most enjoyable part was the staff who were very attentive and went the extra mile for us, especially our children.

We would like to say a big thanks to the manager, Mr Oli, for going out of his way to make sure that we had a comfortable stay.

Cons:

A very slight negative is the lack of air conditioning in the lobby.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay with our family at the Radisson Hotel. The hotel is very peaceful and ideally located close to the beach. It’s the perfect place to stay in Phuket if you’re looking for a more relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle of Patong.
A special thank you to Nina for her kindness and assistance throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!
