I stayed here with my 5-year-old son and received a free upgrade along with access to the kitchen. The pool is beautiful and available to use even in the evening. The breakfast is huge, delicious, and offers plenty of options- including lots of vegetables and fresh fruit for vegans and vegetarians. The staff is extremely nice, I was given many bottles of water daily, and the cotton blankets are wonderful for sleeping well. Other guests were polite, and the kids' area was extremely welcoming. The location is perfect: Kamala Beach is nice, Cafe Del Mar is right across the street, and the affordable night market is easy to visit. I have already stayed here 5 or 6 times and will definitely return!

Hôtel loin d’être un 5 étoiles comme indiqué les chambres sont très anciennes ainsi que la literie les peintures sont défraîchies les serviettes de douche, piscine et les peignoirs sont avec des taches et trous ET POUR LE MOMENT IL Y A UN HÔTEL EN CONSTRUCTION JUSTE EN FACE DES CHAMBRES AVEC DU BRUIT JOUR ET NUIT CE QUE L’HÔTEL NE DIT
Nos gustó todo, habitaciones muy grandes, todo muy limpio, de lo mejorcito en lo que he estado, el personal de recepción muy amable y en concreto Nina, estupenda profesional.

The suites are very spacious & friendly event staff! The water slide was also fun but so fast!! 😂
We had to get maintenance team in to fix the aircon as it was leaking, and also fix the toilet as it wouldn’t flush when we arrived. Would be good to have a 7/11 close to the hotel but no dramas!

Fantastic 4-Day Family Stay – Outstanding Service
We spent 4 wonderful days at the Radisson Resort & Suites Phuket, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort is peaceful, family-friendly, and boasts a great pool area that our child loved.

Comer en el restaurante fue decepcionante. Éramos los únicos en el comedor y una tardanza de 1 hora para dos platos de pasta. También añadir que los seven eleven o supermercados estabas super lejos.
