Very central in the old town

Great swimmingpool
The room provided was as requested overlooking the pool, as we had stayed there four years ago, and the room then, although bigger overlooked the street and proved to be noisy with people and traffic.
So no issues with the room or the buffet style breakfast.
The only issue I had was the pool bar/ hotel bar, was very expensive to have a drink in the hotel, most places offered happy hour prices, in the early afternoon, but not here, I requested a toasted sandwich (at lunchtime) but was told that was only offered on the breakfast menu, so I went to a nearby hotel who served anything listed on the menu whatever time of day, and had reasonably priced drinks too.
I noticed our pool bar Hotel bar and restaurant was rarely used by the guests and I would suggest maybe look at what your competitors are doing, and ask why your clients spend their money elsewhere.

Absolutely beautifully buildings and very tastefully decorated. The location was perfect and the breakfast delicious.
There was one guest listening to his own music by the pool. He was asked to turn it down, but the volume was still annoying.

Location. Cleanliness. Helpful staff. Excellent facility to be driven to Hadrian gates or clock tower by golf car.
There should be a lift (we got help from staff to carry luggage, but a lift should have been there)
The location in the old Town was great.
The pool was a plus and the breakfast buffet was very good
