Nice and quiet
Pros:

Large rooms. The 3rd floor smelled so clean. Property was nice

Cons:

The water front gazebo was inaccessible. I would have loved to sit out there with my girls on that beautiful evening. The coffee bar in my room wasn't stocked, and the pull out couch needed a good cleaning.

Pros:

Really great hotel. You can tell that the hotel has been there a long time, but well maintained. You get the quality craftsmanship with a fresh touch. Not just a panel of plastic wall or fake metal fixtures. This attention to detail in design but also upkeep was evident by the staff. We saw the maintenance crew here an there. Quietly buzzing around behind the scenes. It really makes you see the pride they take in the hotel. The front desk and housekeeping staff was top notch as well. Any time I needed anything they were right there with a genuine smile. I stopped by the front desk to get something and the young woman happened to be vacuuming. I thought I may have to just stop back by later (understandably), but no- as if there is a sensor in the floor she greeted me immediately. I truly felt bad for a second. As if I were royalty she was welcoming and glad to help. This hotel should be a blueprint for others on how to operate.

Awesome and very comfortable spot next to the river. Great breakfast too!!
Pros:

Loved being next to the river. Very convenient to the highway and a very big parking lot as I was in a pickup with a 36 foot trailer and had no issues navigating the parking lot or finding a spot big enough to park in.
