Staff members need training on the basics and how to treat customers.
Cons:

Awful experience at breakfast being shouted at and humiliated by a member of staff who was enraged and upset our entire morning NEVER EVER experienced anything like this in a hotel in all our travels and will most definitely be in touch with the company directors about his behaviour.

Pros:

Para hacer una escala en Barcelona, está excelente. Pasamos la tarde en el spa y luego cenamos por la zona que es un centro comercial. Las camas muy cómodas y el transfer al aeropuerto cómodísimo.

Pick up shuttles were not as inatructed, next door pet store that makes the entire plaza smell like dog poop, and the buffet dishes were dirty.
