Pets up to 12 KG are allowed, only 1 pet per room, potentially dangerous dogs are not allowed, pets must be registered in the RIAC, the owner of the pet must be the owner or companion of the reservation, a health card will be requested to verify the rabies vaccination and proof of liability insurance, a supplement of 20€ per night will be applied for room cleaning and a deposit of 150€ must be left at the entrance of the hotel. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pets, either to third parties or to the hotel furnishings. Hotel Betania reserves the right to refuse admission to pets that cause a nuisance to other guests or behave inappropriately during their stay, without the right to a refund during their stay.

Noche en vela por televisión a un volumen alto durante toda la noche de algún cliente de otra habita

No hay vigilante de seguridad ni recepcionistas por la noche por lo que ante cualquier problema no hay nadie que se encargue de resolverlo. De una de las habitaciones se escuchaba la televisión muy alta hasta las 4 de la madrugada y unas dos horas después, sobre las 6 de la madrugada, de nuevo la televisión. Durante la noche, desde otra habitación, se oía cómo, ante la desesperación, golpeaban en la pared o el techo para que apagasen la televisión. No pudimos dormir nada.

No hay privacidad personal andan pendiente e espiándote que haces en la habitación lo comentan con el resto de huéspedes para reírse e acosarte violando la privacidad de uno es una falta de respeto hasta la limpiadora
