Pets up to 12 KG are allowed, only 1 pet per room, potentially dangerous dogs are not allowed, pets must be registered in the RIAC, the owner of the pet must be the owner or companion of the reservation, a health card will be requested to verify the rabies vaccination and proof of liability insurance, a supplement of 20€ per night will be applied for room cleaning and a deposit of 150€ must be left at the entrance of the hotel. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pets, either to third parties or to the hotel furnishings. Hotel Betania reserves the right to refuse admission to pets that cause a nuisance to other guests or behave inappropriately during their stay, without the right to a refund during their stay.
It is not possible to book more than 4 rooms per reservation.

El ruido de la gente, estaría bien poner algún cartel que pida respeto y silencio en los pasillos para que no molesten a los demás.

El baño tenía bañera pequeña. Para eso era mejor plato de ducha

No es un hotel petfrendly. La mascota no podía disfrutar de las instalaciones, únicamente la habitación.

La ubicación era regular, difícil de acceder y sin estacionamiento.

Ubicación y trato de la chica de recepción.
Pasamos una noche con mucho miedo. El huésped de la habitación de al lado estuvo hasta las 3 de la madrugada dando golpes en pa pared y tirando cosas, llamamos a la persona que estaba en recepción y hasta la tercera vez no subió a calmar al huésped, que siguió haciendo ruido. Teníamos dos días en el hotel y solo estuvimos uno, Me han dicho de la gerencia del hotel que si pasé tanto miedo porque no llamé a la policía, creo que son ellos los que tienen que poner orden y si no lo consiguen llamar a la policía.
Tienen una pequeña piscina muy tranquila y muy bien cuidada, las vistas del hotel son espectaculares, está muy cerca del paseo marítimo, del recinto ferial, del parque de la paloma, de Selwo Marina, y el personal es muy amable.
No disponen de neverita en la habitación.

Mi è piaciuto l' ascensore.
Non mi è piaciuto svegliarmi alle 4 del mattino perché sotto nel hotel c era una gra maleducata che parlava ad alta voce, non mi è piaciuta la camera con le piastrelle rotte in bagno, la presa della corrente sopra ai cuscini, non mi è piaciuta la cassaforte rotta nel armadio, non mi è piaciuto il fatto che siamo andati via un giorno prima e non mi è stato restituita la cauzione di 50 euro pagata con carta di credito, nonostante l hotel era stato pagato anticipatamente. Nessuna professionalità del proprietario, sinceramente non consiglio questo hotel.

La limpieza es muy superficial por no decir ninguna. Pasan muy rápido y les cuesta barrer y fregar el suelo, si no lo pides no te lo hacen.
El buffet del desayuno mejor que lo eliminen.No hay nada, todo seco de otros días y muy pocas cosas. No hay pan integral, solo pan blanco. Embutido solo jamón de York y queso procesado de bolsita.
No hay ni tomate rallado.
