Pros:

All staff including front desk staff and restaurant staff are outstanding! Hotel and room is beautiful and customer service was 10/10.

Cons:

Cons:

Algumas áreas do hotel tinham muitas moscas, mas acredito que era pela região em si. Isso não fez a gente desgostar da experiência, mas talvez algum remédio de moscas resolveria de forma fácil

Lovely Hotel with potential for improvement
Pros:

The attentive and friendly hospitality staff. Tarik and the waiter at Zowadaa restaurant were excellent. The reception staff were good.
The omelette station at breakfast was good. Fresh fruit at breakfast was good.
The Seaview and Mountain views are excellent.
Kettle & tea, coffee making facilities in room good.
Towels excellent.
Hair dryer on loan excellent.
Prices of drinks and food in zowadaa restaurant good value for money.
Food and service and location on beach of zowadaa excellent.

Cons:

The hotel manager lacked customer service skills although did take feedback on board and addressed most of the issues raised. He did not check in at any point to check all was satisfactory post complaint. The swimming pool area is unsafe, tiles surrounding pool were giving way as you stood on them. Serious sagety hazard. Pool bathroom facilities dirty and not maintained. Pool area could do with additional care. The chafing dishes at breakfast did not have gel heat flames so all food in them was cold.
Rooms could be cleaner, the fridge was not cleaned.
The hotel did not clean glass windows enough. Lots of smudge marks in bedrooms and other areas.

Great location
Pros:

The location, amazing view. Right next to the sea with amazing snorkel spot. Quiet place. Bit away from the city but just 10 mins walk. Food is decent at the restaurant and staff were friendly.

Cons:

The water in the bathroom smells like sewage water.
There was no doctor on call for emergency.
WiFi is so slow. Sometimes you don’t get the connection at the room.

Great place just outside of the main town if you want quiet and peace.
Pros:

Beautiful pool and surrounds, has an authentic feel to it, and small walk to the restaraunt on the beach which opens at 5pm. Nice place to swim and stare out into the ocean.

Cons:

Strange smell in bathroom after shower which I couldn’t figure out. Very slight. But enough to notice.

Pros:

En lisant les commentaires sur Booking, j'ai failli hésiter... Et j'ai bien fait de garder ma réservation ! Il s'agit d'un hôtel égyptien, il n'est dont pas aseptisé comme un hôtel occidental, ce qui peut en effrayer certains de prime abord. Mais cet hôtel est propre, avec une bonne literie, une douche qui fonctionne, de l'eau chaude (ce qui est rare en Egypte!), une super piscine, un petit déjeuner excellent et copieux, des supers excursions loin du tourisme de masse mais surtout, un personnel incroyable ! Je n'ai pas de mots pour définir leur gentillesse et surtout leur professionnalisme, tout a été fait pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour. Si je devais retourner à Dahab, je n'hésiterais pas sur mon choix d'hôtel !

The perfect stay, with the best staff!
Pros:

We had the best time at the Bedouin Moon Hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. With Mustafa, it honestly felt like having a friend at the reception, and also Mohammed was amazing as well, such a polite person. They gave us so many helpful tips, organized trips for us, and we also just had really lovely conversations. But truly, everyone was so kind and welcoming. We felt at home from the very beginning.

The entire team was wonderful, from the manager to the fantastic breakfast staff and housekeeping. For my birthday, Ahmed and his team (I hope I’m not mixing up the names, honestly, everyone was so lovely) decorated our room and surprised me, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming.

I can warmly recommend the Bedouin Moon Hotel. The hotel is very clean and located in a peaceful and beautiful area. You can easily reach the town either by walking along the beach or through the streets. The beach right in front of the hotel already has a nice little reef and beach, and it’s also worth hiking up the mountain behind the hotel.

The trips offered by the hotel were all excellent as well. Every day started perfectly with the amazing breakfast. They always made sure we had everything we needed and regularly checked if we were missing anything. It truly was an exceptional stay.

The rooms are also beautiful. We had a room with a mountain view, and I’m really happy we chose it. It was very quiet, and we loved the view over the yard and the mountains, while you could still see the sea as well, so it really had everything.

Honestly, 10/10. The best stay ever.
