Tout était au top. Le personnel : mustapha, islam: à la réception. Ahmed au service du petit déjeuner, le chef cuisto et les autres membres de l'hôtel. Ils ont tous pris soin de notre confort. Le petit déjeuner est extra. Le restaurant face à la mer est très bon. L'environnement, au calme, chambres très confortables. Le bedouin est proche de la ville ,en taxi 10mn ,à pied 30mn. Mohamed nous y a conduit tous les jours pour 100 LE. Il était très ponctuel et très sympathique. Merci à tous

Cons:

La toute 1ere personne qui nous a accueilli et qui nous a annoncé que la piscine était fermée pour travaux. Je le sentais agressif et peu compréhensif que nous n'avions pas la piscine. Mais le lendemain, il n'était plus là. Les autres personnes ont pris le relais et ils étaient formidables.

Staff molto cordiale e accondiscendente, sempre pronti ad aiutare e a dare consigli. Abbiamo anche usufruito di una delle loro attività proposte e hanno fatto di tutto per renderci felici.

Cons:

Purtroppo la piscina era in manutenzione nel periodo in cui siamo stati qua. Inoltre la posizione non è super centrale. Nonostante la presenza di un bellissimo cortile interno, purtroppo è poco sfruttato e non viene offerto il servizio shisha.

Pros:

It’s located on the quiet side of dahab. If you’re looking for a chill quiet relaxing place then it’s the right place. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying out during your stay in dahab.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet surroundings and peaceful pool. The restaurant over the road on the beach was very good

Cons:

Some basic supplies, eg towels, toilet roll were missing or slow to be replaced. As soon as we asked for them, they were provided.

All staff including front desk staff and restaurant staff are outstanding! Hotel and room is beautiful and customer service was 10/10.

A parte externa do hotel é incrível e o atendimento dos funcionários também

Algumas áreas do hotel tinham muitas moscas, mas acredito que era pela região em si. Isso não fez a gente desgostar da experiência, mas talvez algum remédio de moscas resolveria de forma fácil
