La camera era molto grande e confortevole, la piscina molto bella e la colazione buona

La hall di ingresso è troppo fredda, arrivi da fuori che fa caldo e ti senti congelare. Sotto ai letti abbiamo trovato un calzino, una pillola di chissà chi, mi sa che non puliscono mai davvero bene

The facility was fine, the location was fair.
Cons:

I didn't like that someone was able to charge snacks to my room while I was out visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park. I protested the charges, but the hotel person that charged the charges to my credit card on file wasn't available for me to speak with and the charges have not been credited back to my credit card

Pros:

Die Frühstücksauswahl war super. Es sind alle satt geworden u endlich gab es mal Tische, wo wir als 5 köpfige Familie gemeinsam an einem Tisch sitzen konnten. Der Pool war auch super u wurde ausgiebig genutzt.

Cons:

Leider war unser Badezimmerboden nicht wirklich sauber. Überall lagen noch dunkle lange Haare herum. Da wir alle blond sind, können wir ausschließen, dass es unsere waren;-)

Close to relatives and Estes Park. Very long check in process due to shor staffing.
Pros:

Understaffed. The staff there was fine, but clearly could use more help. Also, the ev charger was an off brand and difficult to use.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this La Quinta was extremely disappointing. We specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper because we were traveling with family. Before arriving, I even completed the mobile check-in through the text message I received and selected a room on the 3rd floor. Despite that, the front desk couldn’t find our reservation, and the check-in process took much longer than it should have.

Once they finally found the reservation, we were told that the hotel doesn’t have sofa sleepers at all, even though that was the room type we booked. When we got to the room, we found there actually was a pull-out bed hidden inside the sofa after removing the cushions, but the mattress was absolutely filthy. We went back to the front desk to ask for extra bed sheets, and instead of helping, the clerk told us not to use the pull-out bed because the hotel wouldn’t be responsible if it broke or someone got hurt. This was both confusing and unacceptable.

The room also had a strong bad odor, and both the bathroom sink and bathtub drained very slowly, causing water to back up. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay.

When we asked for extra comforters, we were told they didn’t have any regular white comforters available and were given odd-looking fabric blankets instead, which my kids didn’t even want to use.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Between the reservation issues, misleading room description, poor cleanliness, maintenance problems, non-functioning Wi-Fi, and lack of helpful customer service, this hotel fell far below expectations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable family stay.
