Navigation signage was confusing at the hotel. Convention centre and roundabout and direction to highway all could have been done better. Some by hotel, some by Levis
Location is good. Room size is decent
breakfast had minimum choices.
Shower water pressure was too low
Great location, with delicious cafés nearby especially ES Café, which had excellent breakfasts. Very convenient access to the ferry. The area was pleasant, modern, clean and quiet. The hotel itself was cozy and very clean, with daily housekeeping. We also appreciated being able to use the microwave, which was especially convenient when traveling with a child.
These are more recommendations than complaints. There is no bathroom exhaust fan, so the bathroom gets very steamy after a shower. A small magnifying/makeup mirror would also be a nice addition. For a hotel advertised as 4-star, it would be nice to have a few more complimentary toiletries beyond shampoo and soap. The pool area is also almost always in direct sun, and there are no umbrellas near the loungers, so it is difficult to relax there comfortably.

La piscine aura besoin d'un entretien, et on peut dire que c'est un spa.
Easy parking and clean room
Room size is tight and layout not optimized with very limited cloth’s storage. Electric sockets in room were not easy to connect to. All our phone plugs were very loose and kept disconnecting or falling off. Had to go to different floors to get access to an ice maker machine.
Chambre propre et grande! Personnelles courtois et agréable. Séjour agréable Hôtel bien situé. Piscine et bain a remous propre et agréable.
Lors de notre arrivée le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas ( pièce (Bouton) manquant) et cela a prit un moment avant d'avoir du personnelle a notre chambre pour régler la situation.
