Our two day stay was good,, no issues. The roo. Was clean and the staff

It's our favorite getaway. I a beautiful hotel and it now has updated seating outside we absolutely loved it.

Cons:

Service was not great. No room service, AC in room was very loud. Very slow service in restaurant even when the restaurant was not busy. Bar drinks weren’t good. Waitress didn’t offer to replace.

We had a very great stay!

The fact that the systems were down, we couldn’t check in and it was booked because my daughter’s 13th birthday so we didn’t get to have a sleepover for her 13th birthday. Think about how disappointed she is and what

horrific, unfriendly and corporate influenced all deal breakers

Loved the vicinity to the highway, stores and shops

Cons:

Every hotel Ive stayed had complimentary breakfast this one didn't very disappointed, on top of that I was charged for parking! Never in all my years of traveling have I paid for parking at the place I'm sleeping at are you serious what genius came up with that idea he/she should be fired immediately, plus those charges weren't disclosed up front. Yeah right Hilton needs to quit trying live up their name and live by the services they should provide. Yes Ive put the infamous bad word of mouth out to not stay there ever
