Breakfast is available at the property for all guests, served in either the breakfast lounge, guest bedrooms or the terrace; between 08:00-10:30.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation please ensure that you inform the hotel, at least 5 days prior to your check-in date; in order to receive a full refund. If your booking is canceled within the 5 day window, a one night charge is applied. Additionally, should you wish to shorten your stay, once checked-in, a charge of the following night's stay will be applied.
In the event of a shortened stay after check-in, a charge equivalent to one night's rate will apply. This fee is nonrefundable and will be assessed regardless of the remaining duration of the original reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location and friendly staff. The room was a very good size and well equiped.
Showwr needs servicing, no catch on bathroom door and no extractor fan in bathroom. In the heat the bed needed a sheet rather than a quilt.

On the sea front
A bit tired dirty carpets, paint work tatty
Staff were very good and approachable. Breakfast was also very good with nice setting.
Some areas are becoming ‘tired’ and could do with decoration. Our carpet in our room was heavily stained. Wallpaper showed signs of water ingress in bathroom. On arrival, bedside cabinet had soiled cutlery and napkin in the drawer. It was hoot during our stay with no fan or air conditioning. Windows were left open which made for a noisy (at times) environment due to passing traffic along the sea front.

The breakfast was expensive for what it was and not the best quality bacon eggs were not great so we opted for other options on the other days, and this was better as I would of complained but it was ok, but very expensive for four nights stay here.
Breakfast, and in our room my daughter only had a sofa bed which for the money seems very expensive to not even have a single bed in our room.
The junior suite was elegant, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a dream!
No airco, no fridge and no iron in the room.

We had to move rooms a day after we reported our shower did not work. Though the room we moved to was excellent.
Breakfast for two mornings was poor. The first and last two mornings were very good! Not sure if the chef was ill or away, whoever took his/her place was not professional!
