The lobby was nice
Condition of room..smell, dirt and pull out bed had recent stains .

Area is great- this is our 3rd stay.
Pond is a great feature.A 75 year old desk clerk was so much appreciated by us. She really made us feel welcome. Several others were also great and lived up to the little saying on the card at the desk.
But, again, the dog ruined it for us.
The large dog next door which was unattended almost all day and which would howl for 20-30 minutes and then sleep for 15 more. And repeat that cycle for hours.
It was anxious I am sure but this was unacceptable.
Staff did not have a phone number to call the owner. It became our problem and not the clerk's on duty.
Convenient location off the tollway but with enough distance to be fairly quiet. The hotel is a little "long in the tooth" with needing some carpeting updates on the elevators, hallway and lobby areas. Also, I felt the hotel staff could do a better job on cleaning/maintaining parking lot and entry areas as there was quite a bit of trash in the lot, the common area trash cans and the entrance lobby doors and windows need a good cleaning (as well as room windows)!
We arrived 30 mins prior to the 3 pm check-in time and were exhausted from our travel; Nora was very kind and accommodating to get us into a comparable room from the one I preselected on line which was still being cleaned when we arrived. We were very appreciative of her suggestions and efforts.
Our room was clean and quiet but upon arrival, the room had a musty smell. After running the a/c and opening the window later, it did improve.
Linda at the front desk is absolutely adorable. Very kind and genuine.
And Blaine at breakfast was very nice and kind too.
No issues. Front desk employees were very nice. Close by everything we were planning to do. Would stay again.
I had an disastrous day because of another supposed to be reputable hotel chain. Due to the the unnecessary circumstances of this chain, I was the distinct privilege of meeting LINDA!!! My husband was already frustrated from the previous chain actions. LINDA first of all was exceptionally kind and warm. She went way past above and beyond. She was amazingly accommodating . Very Empathetic about the position we found ourselves in. Her demeanor through the thing was perfect. She deserves a raise just for the way she helped us. I have no doubt this how she is with all of your hotel guests. She even graciously allowed me to give her a hug!!! I will always think of LINDA when I think of your establishment.
Great location quiet not alot of noise
Room was ok, but the beds weren't that comfortable and the tub had a stain and after taking shower i knew why as the water didn't drain well while the water was running. $20 for breakfast is pretty high, which is why I didn't eat as I can go to a nicer restaurant for a cheaper price. Also the toilets were low

I wish there was a hot tub
This was my first time traveling for work and I was staying for 2 weeks while I worked on a project. My stay here has been very pleasant. The breakfast they serve in the morning is excellent. The dinner choices are great as well. I always had fresh towels when I got finished working 10 hours always felt really good. I loved my stay here and I will be back when I return for work in a few weeks. Ronora is amazing!!!! She is extremely helpful and took care of any issues i had.
