Pros:

Staff was helpful with Taxis etc. Hotel was very clean and bed very comfortable which was a nice contrast to the streets of Naples.

Cons:

Room was very small even for Italian city standards.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Pros:

Kleines, aber sehr feines Hotel nahe der Altstadt von Neapel. Das einfache Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, und wir erhielten sogar ein Zimmer‑Upgrade. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon; dank guter Fenster war trotz der Hauptstraße kein Lärm zu hören.

Die Lage ist top: Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, die U‑Bahnstation ebenfalls. Für den Flughafentransfer bekamen wir über das Hotel einen festen Taxipreis.

Overpriced.
Pros:

Er waren 4 personeelsleden die heel vriendelijk waren en een aangename uitstraling hadden. Het ontbijt was ook goed. Ik kon mijn bagage ook lang na check-out nog achterlaten en er was altijd iemand aanwezig in het hotel. Ook ‘s nachts.

Cons:

1 van de personeelsleden was heel wantrouwig, leek het. Ook wandelde er de eerste nacht een familie van 3 mijn kamer in terwijl ik in bed lag. Ik snap niet dat dit kon gebeuren. Verder werkte de lift maar de helft van de tijd (letterlijk). De douche was ook veel kleiner dan verwacht. Ik vond dit hotel veel te duur voor wat het was.

Great location, breakfast setting was really nice on the roof, good food selection for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean good size bathroom.

Cons:

Lift is tiny and a bit slow, metal bed frame squeak when I moved. Lack of English channels on the TV.

Hôtel très bien situé. Petit déjeuner simple mais copieux. Notre chambre donnait sur la route mais bien insonorisée. Je recommande.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Neapeltrip.
Pros:

Mitten im Zentrum an einer Hauptstraße gelegen. Gute Fenster, von daher keine Lärmbelästigung. Unweit des Hafens und fast direkt am spanischen Viertel. U-Bahn Station ebenfalls in der Nähe. Absolut freundliches Personal.

For a short holiday the hotel served us well.
Pros:

Excellent location - Staff veery friendly - Good Airconditioning in room. Very tasty croissants at breakfast- room with balcony overlooking main road. Fridge in room
