Pros:

Trop cher pour un établissement que ne justifie pas ses 4 étoiles

L’amabilité du personnel

Cons:

La politique tarifaire de « l’offre et la demande ». Nous avons payé beaucoup trop cher pour un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. En guise d’explication on nous dit que notre réservation tardive s’est faite dans une période de forte demande, donc les prix sont plus élevés. Je veux bien payer plus cher, si le service et les prestations suivent, mais ce n’est malheureusement pas le cas.
Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet établissement.

Location was good, some of the staff were helpful.

Cons:

There was not enough staff at points and most of Sunday there was just one person so service was terrible, the air conditioning did not cool the room, the outdoor seating area chairs were not clean despite them running a leaf blower during breakfast, and just generally not at all worth the amount we paid for the hotel. Dinner at the hotel was ok. We would not stay there again. Seems like it was a nice place at one time.

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimner ohne Schrank, am Boden im WC in der Ecke eine "nasse" Stelle, Preis dafür zu hoch.

Bon petit déjeuner ,le lit confortable.
La piscine n'avait pas changé très bien.

Cons:

Cela fait très longtemps que je vais dans cet hôtel. Depuis qu'ils ont changé de propriétaire c'est plus se qu'il était. Des balcons sans tables et chaises (quel intérêt le balcon). Les alentours de l'hôtel où se trouve le jacuzzi traîne des vieux transat plein de toiles d'araignée. La nuit aux abords des balcons des lumières flashs qui attirent toute sorte d'insectes, conséquences nous ne pouvons pas ouvrir la fenêtre. Et ne parlons pas du prix extrêmement cher pour ça. J'ai l'habitude de faire tout les mois des weekends en amoureux et là je suis extrêmement déçu. Dommage. Il fut un temps c'était un 3 étoiles et j'ai toujours dit à mon mari que cet hôtel aurait mérité un 4 étoiles, ce n'est plus le cas. Sinon rien à dire sur le petit déjeuner le lit confortable. Les chambres commencent à vieillir, ils auraient besoin d'un coup de jeunesse(rouille en bas de la vitre de douche). Le miroir grossissant est trop long pour y voir quelque chose.

goed verblijf en enorm genoten en heel mooie regio in de Elzas.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima. Het was meer dan voldoende en lekker.
De badkamer was schoon en oké.
Heel mooi en groot terrein om te relaxen. Van de spa en zwembad hebben we zelf geen gebruik gemaakt.
Heel goede gelegen voor uitstappen.

Excellent hôtel, à recommander
Pros:

Hôtel de très bon niveau, propre, très confortable, bien équipé. Le personnel est très avenant. La piscine (intérieure) est très correcte, peu profonde ce qui est rassurant quand on a de jeunes enfants. Bonne localisation entre la gare (à 5 minutes à pied) et le centre ville (à 10 minutes à pied) On a beaucoup apprécié, dommage que le prix soit élevé.

Cons:

Il manque un micro onde dans les chambres, pour chauffer le biberon du bébé ou pour manger sur le pouce. Dommage, car le reste était parfait.
