Great hotel, nice area, flat, near stores and Lisbon center! Don"t miss it!
Pros:

Nice and clean rooms, very modern, huge bathroom and has all the amenities you need.
The staff is very nice, and very kind. We also booked some additional day-trips from the reception so they are very convenient for tourists, just ask in the front office and they can accommodate your visit for you.
We went to Sintra, Cascais, Cabo Da Roca, Pena, and many more all from the hotel.
Also, the hotel is located on a flat surface, great for old people.
Great breakfast, many options, staff helpful and kind.

Cons:

The price was a bit high, maybe the period when we went was overpriced, but we found the price to be a bit high.

Experimentem uma estadia neste hotel, vale a pena.
Pros:

Eu gosto de tudo neste hotel. O pessoal da recepção: são todos muito gentis, o quarto e ótimo e a moça da limpeza e nota 10. O café da manhã e o melhor de Lisboa na minha opinião. E os rapazes no jantar são muito simpáticos.

Cons:

Eu não tenho nada a reclamar. Ultimamente, tenho me hospedado neste hotel.

Pros:

Tivemos a necessidade de trocar de quarto devido a um problema eletrico, mas vou resolvido de pronto pela equipe. Tivemos um problema com a quebra de uma garrafa de vinho e a mala foi danificada. Também foi combinado a forma de resolução. Estou aguardando.
