Good for your mony but not very luxe
Pros:

The hotel’s location is very good, and Rostam at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful.
The parking costs extra, but unfortunately, there isn’t really a good alternative nearby.

Cons:

The hotel itself is okay, but I wouldn’t rate it as a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, it’s more like a 3-star hotel, but definitely not more than that.

Pros:

Das Hotel war perfekt, sehr sauber, sehr bequemes Bett, sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang, super Lage, zentral, keine 3 min zum Natur Museums und Zentrum. Kleines Nachteil, der STELLPLATZ, super eng, passt nur ein kleines Auto. Leider das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut, der Kaffee schmeckte überhaupt nicht, Auswahl an Wurst und Käse war sehr mager, für uns war es nicht tragisch, weil wir keine großen Frühstücker sind, aber der Kaffee ist für mich wichtig, und das fand ich schade, auch der Raum und Personal nicht besonders einladend. Also, wer nicht unbedingt Frühstücken muss, spart euch das Geld, ansonsten Hotel zu empfehlen, würden gerne (ohne Auto) wieder buchen.

Osoblje hotela je na jako visokom nivou, posebno bih izdoio Ruslana koji je jako prijatan, ljubazan i veoma posvećen poslu. Ukratko jako dobra i kvalitetna osoba!

Gut geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Prag.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab eine Klimaanlage. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr schlecht. Die Kaffeemaschine hat sehr wenig Auswahl und das Frühstück ist wenig und es gab nicht viele Möglichkeiten für Veganes Frühstück.

Hervorragende Lage, bequeme Betten, ausreichend sauber - aber keine 4 Sterne
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist kaum zu uebertreffen. Das Bett war bequem. Im Bad hat alles gut funktioniert, die Dusche war hervorragend. Klimaanlage war so leise, dass man gut schlafen konnte. Alles in allem, ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich wuerde es wieder buchen. Im Zimmer war ein Wasserkocher (aber ohne Kaffee oder Tee) und einen Kuehlschrank. In der Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten.

Cons:

Das groesste Problem ist, dass durch das 4 Sterne Rating Erwartungen geschuert werden, die das Hotel dann nicht erfuellt. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, sind eingentlich Kleinigkeiten: Mein Zimmer war etwas klein. Der Sessel, Stuhl und Teppich etwas fleckig. Das Zimmer war weitestgehendst sauber, bis auf Kleinigkeiten z.B. Grind beim Schalter der Klimaanlage und Spritzflecken von der Toilette an der Badtuer. Das Fruehstueck war ok, aber der Raum im Keller ist etwas ungemuetlich und zumindest eine Reinigung wuerde ihm gut tun (z.B. Spinnweben). Die guenstige, zentrale Lage bedingt Verkehrslaerm und ich konnte nicht bei geoeffnetem Fenster schlafen, dafuer aber mit Klimaanlage. Die Hotelhalle ist nur durch Treppen zu betreten, das macht es mit schwerem Gepaeck oder einem verletzten Fuss (eigene Erfahrung) schwierig.

Pros:

The receptionist, Adnen, was very nice and welcoming - flexible to accomodate last minute change before arrival. A good value for the money. The room was not into the street, so it was very quiet at night too. I was attending the event in the city centre, and this hotel was a perfect choice - within walking distance of anywhere I needed to go. I felt safe in the neighbourhood, with many restaurants to choose from for dinner. The hotel breakfast was nice, fresh, and there was plenty of everything.

Cons:

The Wi-fi could be a little faster. I really couldn't find anything else. ;)
