The curtain don't really block out the sun enough. You can use the hdmi ports on the TV for your fire stick, my Motorola would not cast but this didn't spoil or break.

Det framgick inte riktigt i booking att det är ett hotell utan personal och att den som bokar måste ha en smartphone, internet och checks in digitalt i en app där alla gäster ska scanna in sitt pass för att få en kod att logga in. Det är inte praktisk att göra vid dörren, särskilt inte om det är mörkt, det var flera gäster som inte kom in och fick stå länge utanför och försöka få sin kod. Det var även uteliggare längs gatan så kändes inte direkt välkomnande. Men appen funkade att öppna dörrar med (nästan jämt) och koden (fem siffror) funkade alltid. Men display var liten och satt lågt och svår att trycka rätt på. Vår ac gick också sönder en hel dag och då chattade man i whats app med robot som hänvisade till person som inte kunde lösa problemet samma dag utan dagen efter. Vi skulle få viss kompensation men oklart om de betalar tillbaks… Utöver det hade vi fått nåt slags handikapprum med gigantiskt badrum med pytte handfat som satt långt ner. Det fanns inte heller några hyllor i badrum och inga stolar i sovrummet bara en pall så vi fick ha det mesta på golvet.

As I arrived later in the evening, there was no staff on duty to ask about an iron so had to wait until the am to get one sourced.

Heis rett på utsiden og en del støy fra personer som kom og gikk. Kunne vært litt større spisebord. Belysning over speil på bad kunne vært litt bedre. Safe satt ikke fast i vegg, dvs den var helt løs på hylle.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay at Numa Brighton Pavilion. The room I was allocated was located at the back of the hotel overlooking a concrete wall, with very little natural light. The room felt dark and uninviting throughout my stay.

After checking in and seeing the room, I asked whether it would be possible to move to a different room. However, I was informed that room changes could not be guaranteed, and no alternative was offered. While I understand availability can be limited, I felt this showed a lack of flexibility and hospitality.

During my two-night stay, the room was not cleaned and no fresh towels were provided. For the price paid, I expected a better level of service and housekeeping.

Considering there are many hotels in Brighton offering brighter rooms, daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and a more personalised guest experience for a similar price, I do not feel this stay represented good value for money.

Overall, the lack of natural light, absence of housekeeping, and inability to accommodate a room change made this a disappointing experience, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Didn’t have staff members in person (during my 3 days stay, I only saw one staff member for about 30 minutes and never again) so it didn’t feel very welcoming and I didn’t really know where to go/who to contact if I had any questions.
