A disturbing glimpse of the future?
Pros:

Good location, nice bathroom.

Cons:

It’s not a hotel, it’s a ‘digital platform’ apparently. No staff in the hotel. Weird set up, I hated it. I asked to leave with a refund on arrival because as a lone female at that point I felt deeply uncomfortable - they refused. Took half an hour or so to respond to me, even though I said I felt unsafe. Fire alarm went off three times, morning ones made me late for a conference, evening one was just awful (but at least I didn’t have a toddler outside like the people in the room next to me). Carpet was dirty, kettle was temperamental, iron (once retrieved from a giant cupboard on the ground floor) didn’t work properly. Rooms aren’t serviced. Stay only if you are with someone and if you are on a very tight budget, other than that, definitely avoid it. Photos and branding make it seem very stylish, but it absolutely isn’t. Better in one of our well known budget chains, because you know what to expect. It’s a pathetic, sad, money grabbing corporate hellscape of a concept.

EXCELLENT AND WOULD DEF RECOMMEND
Pros:

The room with kitchenette was so spacious and comfortable. The area was so accessible, 10 min walk to The Lanes and Beach and also if you need essentials, Tesco is just right in front of the accommodation. The room was also clean. 10/10!!!!

Cons:

I just wish there was a 24/7 reception😊

Brilliant! Have already recommended to others.
Pros:

Loved the feeling that I had my own little apartment in town - no front of desk or awkward interactions every time I go in or out. When I did speak to the cleaners the ladies were so lovely to me and my dog.

The hotel was chosen for its location, very convenient for our purpose.
Pros:

Location very good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We couldn’t get the luggage lockers to work. It was like the nightmare swimming changing room lockers experience.

Perfect location to explore Brighton. The hotel is great with easy secure access with codes. The room was so nice and very clean. I had a great time. I forgot my passport but the staff was very helpful and sent me a message to let me know and arrange a safe collection.

Had a great time in Brighton.
Pros:

Location, central Brighton, access to everything.
Never had breakfast.

Cons:

The light over the hand basin is in the wrong place for shaving.
The shower door is hung on the ring side.
When you open the shower door it drops water all over the floor.
I used to design bathrooms.

UNSTAFFED hotel, laborious check in
Pros:

Central location, larger room, clean, nice design

Cons:

Bait-and-switch tactics with the Booking.com page which does not mention this is an unstaffed hotel. I only found out it was unstaffed after I'd booked and paid. Horribly laborious online check in process filling in pages of forms and uploading passports for every guest. If I'd known, I wouldn't have booked this hotel.
