Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

The property was very continently located, close to Paddington station as well as being in walking distance of Hyde park. Whilst the room was small, it was comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing.

Cons:

Lift access wasn’t to all floors.

Perfect stay for a short trip to London
Pros:

It was perfect location, perfect price, great shower, great facilities tea coffee hot chocolate sachets of milk bed was really comfortable (although duvet was on wrong way and I kept getting the open end I was too tired to do anything during the night)

The lights….. they are on automatic when you open the door then you have a switch at side of bed to switch off but this would constantly flash and then the lights would
Turn off after a certain amount of time 🤷🏻‍♀️. The fridge I don’t believed worked we put water in and it was very warm when we took it back out.

Due to location and we were given lower floor room I would just recommend taken ear plugs for the bin wagon noise early in morning.. Room a tad warm even with air con..

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

Old building. Tiny room, with single bed and bathroom right next to it. The doors were hard to open and close. The walls were paper thin and it sounded like I had my neighbors inside the room.

Good stay for 3 days
Pros:

Clean and good location would recommend coming if you want a good connection from the airport takes less than 30 min with heathrow express

Cons:

I think the room was a bit to tiny, it felt like sleeping in a box but for solo stays perfect

Would absolutely stay again, a good value maintained hotel.
Pros:

location was excellent, staff very helpful, room very comfortable, especially the good AC system, quiet. The selection of tea and coffee was excellent and the coffee machine was amazing.

Cons:

I was in a lower ground room and sometimes found it a little noisy with staff in and out in front of my window as they put out the laundry and other items.

Disappointing wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, really good location, close to tube station

Cons:

Very very small room and bathroom, even though paid for a superior room. There was no room key!!! If I needed to go in and out of room I had to get someone to come and let me in and out! This didn’t feel very safe and I was on the very top floor- no lift and so up and down stairs! Very noisy park opposite people drinking in there until 4am!

De locatie. Uitzicht alsof we in een harry potter film zaten

De receptionist bleef bij inchecken haar telefoongesprek doorvoeren. Lift waar je net aan met zn 2en in kon. De kamer was een postzegel, zo klein. Konden bijna nergens onze spullen kwijt.

Glad we chose this location to stay.
Pros:

Great staff and close proximity to Paddington Station.

Cons:

Only complaint was that one of the bedside lamps was not working. Would also like to see a lighting option that doesn’t have all the lights working on one switch.

lovely stay
Pros:

Clean hotel, comfortable, good size bed and nice room/hotel decor. Staff where welcoming and polite on arrival. Would stay here again.

Cons:

bathroom did not feel private due to small room and situation of bathroom. Very small bathroom which was not an issue but one to note.
We were based on underground floor which was fine however our view from window was full of rubbish bags.
The switches for lighting were not properly attached to the wall and some did not work. Can tell it was a new hotel, lovely as it was certain things were unfinished.

Excellent location, vakue for money and friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location to local amenities, travel routes into nearby Central London and vibe was also on point. Room was very clean and comfortable; execept pillows were a little hard and lumpy. Iron provided without asking or extra charges. Would reccommend this hotel and will definitely use again for future trips.

Worst place I have ever stayed and felt lied to by booking.com for what they have presented in their photos.

Size of room (didn’t match photos) and with 2 people barely accommodated suit cases, air conditioner didn’t work and couldn’t open window or turn on a fan, had chewing gum stuck on our sheets.
