Location is second to none - just a few minutes' walk from Paddington station with links to the rest of London and further afield. The rooms are like new and the bed very comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
Be aware that the fridge doesn't work.

The location and the decor.
Ac was difficult to start at first and mini fridge wad not working but staff got onto these issues fast.
The pro property is superbly located at the heart of the busy business district of Paddington - catching the train at the Paddington Station is very easy, there is an assortment of restaurants and eateries around the hotel. There are a number of bus routes passing connecting the hotel area.
The hotel wi-fi was not very strong (too slow)

Very close to transportation. Bars and restaurants close by. 5 minutes walk away from Kensington park
We stayed in mid July. Hotel was very hot! Air con not great, and small room.

Nice hotel, great location.
Location, excellent staff, easy to check in etc.
The air condition was set to 28 degrees and continued to reset to this every 30 minutes throughout the night. The QR code to ‘scan for help’ didn’t have any attachment so I was up every 30 minutes resetting the temperature to be lower.
