Clean room with covered parking. Easy walk to a couple of restaurants and shops. Short drive to old town.
The bed was a pull down bed and when down meant there was very little space between the dining table and the corners of the bed so we had to rearrange the room. It also had two straps over the mattress which was weird and uncomfortable. Not good value for what we paid.

Honnêtement pour le prix je ne m'attendais pas à avoir autant de cheveux dans la douche, de petites choses Sale dont les enfants ont fait tout un debat par rapport aux prix. Je ne m'attendais a ce que mes enfants partent à la piscine et que beaucoup de personnes a leurs vus puissent partir avec des marmonement , mon fils dont les enfants dont j'avais la charge ont senti du racisme mais je les ai rassuré avec une autre idée même si au fond de moi je n'y pensais pas moins

Balcony and lovely view
Small thing but our apartment was top floor - so although this gives a view it was a LOT of steps. For mobility issues or more luggage this would be tricky.

Des places de parking, mais pas toujours facile de s'y garer avec une grosse voiture, surtout quand certains se garent mal.
Le personnel est agréable et réactif. L’appartement est bien situé dans Mougins, commodités accessibles à pieds. Une vraie petite cuisine bien appréciée pendant le séjour. La grande terrasse est un grand +. Le logement est globalement confortable.
L’appartement nécessiterait une petite remise en état ( douche qui fuit, taches sur les rideaux et les abats jour de lampes, fauteuil abîmé, draps pour le second lit abîmés ).
Caution acceptée uniquement en Cb et non précisé sur le site de réservation ( pas très agréable après 12h de route avec 2 enfants et une Cb restée à la maison d’être reçue par un « je ne peux pas vous donner le logement » pour un séjour déjà réglé au demeurant).
Parking à proximité de l’appartement et à l’ombre toujours plein.
