If you know how to get around Tokyo by train and want to save a few bucks, this place is great.
Pros:

Great value for money; fantastic location. Budget conscious travelers should stay here and commute 15 minute to Shinagawa instead of paying through the nose for a hotel in Tokyo.

スタッフの対応。
朝食のメニューが豊富。

Cons:

建物が年数が経っているのは否めず、
ややユニットバスが狭く、セミダブルの部屋でしたが床面積がやっぱり狭く感じました。
