Nice Location and Breakfast, but Noise Made It Almost Impossible to Sleep
Pros:

The hotel's location is undoubtedly its strongest point. It is right in the centre of Pula, with restaurants, bars, shops and all main services within easy walking distance. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. It is pre-ordered the evening before and served fresh the next morning. The selection follows the classic Italian breakfast style, and the quality of the products was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the table service was friendly, efficient and attentive. This was, without question, the aspect of the hotel that I appreciated the most. The hotel also offers parking, which is valuable in a central location. Although the parking area is about a five-minute walk away and accommodates only a limited number of vehicles, it is certainly better than having no parking available at all.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the quality of my sleep was severely affected by the noise coming from the surrounding nightlife. In August, on Friday and Saturday nights in particular, music from several nearby bars and venues could be heard at very high volume from approximately 10:30 p.m. until 2:00 a.m.. Even after the music stopped, the area only became relatively quiet around 3:00 a.m., and by 6:00 a.m. street cleaning vehicles and waste collection services were already operating. Sunday was just a little bit better. The result was that sleeping and resting properly became extremely difficult. We had to use headphones with noise-cancellation in order to get some sleep. While this situation is obviously not the hotel's fault, I believe guests should be informed in advance, especially those assigned to Rooms 1 to 5 facing the main street, where the impact appears to be greatest. The problem is further amplified by the fact that the windows and sound insulation are simply not adequate for this type of environment. At times, it genuinely felt as though the music was playing inside the room rather than outside.
Communication before arrival was also disappointing. Of four messages sent through Booking.com, only one received a response. In addition, check-in became unnecessarily stressful because the room initially offered did not correspond to the accommodation I had booked. I had reserved a triple room for double occupancy, but was initially assigned a standard double room. Resolving the issue required time and lots of discussion before an agreement was eventually reached and the correct room was provided at no additional charge. I appreciate that the matter was ultimately resolved, but the process created avoidable tension at the beginning of the stay.
Overall, I found the hotel itself pleasant, and I genuinely appreciated the breakfast and the central location. However, the nightly noise was so extreme that it had a significant impact on the overall experience.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. Tout le personnel est très professionnel. Je vous conseille aussi le dîner qui est très raffiné.
L’hôtel est au cœur de la ville ce qui est très pratique pour vous balader en soirée

Excellent boutiqe hotel for best value for money.
Pros:

Hotel is located in center of old town it has real italian feel. Staff is amazing. Beds are very comfortable. Excellent restaurant within hotel. Really nice experience and excellent value for money.

Cons:

Pool would be nice. I would preffer self-service breakfast.

.oltre le nostre aspettative .location curatissima anche nei particolari, stanza ampia e bagno completo di ogni accessorio materasso comodo..staff molto gentile e disponibile..colazione top..centralissimo in zona Ztl a breve attiva ma con possibilità di parcheggio in zona..ristorante annesso "Federico's" raffinato e di ottimo ottimo livello.
