Comfortable stay
Pros:

I liked the location. It was very clean. The AC was very cold! The staff were friendly and welcoming. I loved the fresh smell. The bed was comfortable and the linen freash and clean.

Been staying here for 17 years when coming to town, will not stay again.

Cons:

Too many people standing around outside smoking. Lighting isn’t good, not enough parking spaces in well lit places. People with no shirts or shoes on in the dining area. Doors slamming all night. Room had a dirty wash cloth next to the bed.

Pros:

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms had a pleasant smell and were clean, breakfast was decent, the pool was clean and my kids liked swimming when it got dark because the colored lights came on.

It was a bit difficult to locate was probably just my GPS coming in trying to avoid construction going on. Leaving to get back on the highway was no problem

Disappointed
Cons:

I was traveling from Midland TX to Tyler for the holiday and a family reunion. When I got there it was nice and appeared to be clean but my 7 year old autistic son was sleeping and I was eating breakfast and saw a roach crawling on the cover. I took a video and placed it in a napkin and took it to the front desk. I showed him and the cleaning person and their mouth dropped. They apologized and said they would report it.

Pros:

Everything! Beautiful hotel, super clean, smelled really clean and the guy that was working the front desk on the night of September 4 was a gem!! Breakfast was exceptional and we both agreed the best hotel breakfast we've ever had.

Pros:

Excellent location. Great staff. Nice property. Good value for money. Christina was awesome!! I left my earbuds in the room & called me to come back & get them.

Cons:

Wish they would have told us that you have to request house keeping. They told us breakfast was until 10am, but it was all cleaned up by 9:15am.
