I value the 4 days not more than €1.000
Pros:

I like. The garden is very big and well kept and beachfront

Cons:

The property I went 2017 it was 4 star under other name fiesta Garden Resorts and all I notice is some rooms upgrade only. Gym is very small and on the roof but besides they have big issue with Aircondtion it’s been 1 week since they have problem and still not settled and still they they don’t have enough especially in the reception area. Ones they gave me a tower fan to shut my mouth. I paid almost €2.000 for 4 days not cheap. At all. Food is just ok not much healthy food.

Pros:

Niente di particolare. Struttura a 5 stelle ma ho visto 3 stelle darti molto di più. Classico villaggio per famiglie e stranieri. Non un posto per rilassarsi. Spiaggia mal tenuta. La camera , un bungalow, accogliente ma da subito con un difetto: il riciclo dell’aria nel bagno non finestrato che va di continuo. Sono venuti dopo 2 solleciti a spegnerlo.
A colazione e cena tutto a buffet ma c’è veramente troppa gente. Troppa confusione.

What should have been a great stay marred by partners 4 you
Pros:

Food great staff efficient and friendly
Good facilities

Cons:

Holiday marred by partners 4 you clients
Around pool and lounge areas very rude and arrogant people no regard for other guests
We we’re only there for a week but had three separate parties of these people
We will not be returning to this hotel if they continue to bring in these sort of disruptive guests

Bella struttura, animazione da rivedere
Pros:

Bellissimo resort, personale molto cortese e sempre attento, pulizia e grande cura

Cons:

L'animazione per i ragazzi pressoché inesistente, ero andata per fare trascorrere il compleanno a mio figlio di 13 anni in compagnia di uno staff, immaginavo, paragonabile alla qualità di un resort 5 stelle ma ho dovuto intrattenerlo da sola.
Inoltre suggerisco di inserire maggiori informazioni ed istruzioni per iscritto, in camera e nei luoghi comuni poiché la app ne contiene troppo poche, inserire anche una piantina della struttura in ogni camera.
Le attività sportive di mare (sup, canoe, banana e battesimo del mare) dovrebbero essere inserite nel pacchetto all inclusive, così come un accesso almeno di 1 ora alla spa

Pros:

The food the sunsets the beach the facial and the sports bar.
Also Kate and Natalia on guest services were excellent as they helped me with all of my in resort booking despite many changes
