This could have been an amazing experience although we were let down by the restaurant staff in the buffet and Asian res
Pros:

We loved the set up of the rooms, spacious and plenty of space for storing clothing. The reception staff were excellent and accommodated all our needs.

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned properly - the floors were dusty and there was often ants and other insects in the room

Très satisfaits globalement.
Pros:

Personnel très disponible et agréable ( Sam et ses collègues au bar 👍 ) , il ne manque rien à tous les repas qui sont de bonne qualité, l’établissement est très propre ( mais les vitres des couloirs mériteraient d’être nettoyées ) .
Les jardins sont magnifiques, les piscines agréables mais pas vraiment faites pour nager car peu profondes .
L’établissement est très calme en général , mais animé le soir pour le spectacle et le night club.

Cons:

La plage mérite d’être davantage aménagée par endroit notamment du côté jet ski … quelques galets à traverser pour se baigner.
Piscines ok mais sans plus …

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt, wir waren mit allem mehr als zufrieden!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber, die Pools und der Strand waren toll und insgesamt hat uns das Hotel wirklich gut gefallen.

Wir waren als Paar dort, aber ich finde, dass das Hotel besonders für Familien perfekt geeignet ist.

Das Beste war aber definitiv das Personal. Wirklich jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs. Das hat den Aufenthalt für uns noch angenehmer gemacht.

Klare Empfehlung.

Buon soggiorno in bella struttura moderna. La posizione del resort e’ buona: a pochi minuti da campofelice e a pochi min

Gentilezza del personale, disponibilità e variegata scelta di ristoranti.

Cons:

Delle 4 piscine a disposizione 2 sono sono per “clienti vip”, una per tutti e una per bambini. Il mare non è granché. Ai ristoranti, invece, cercano ogni volta di venderti prodotti aggiuntivi (vini, pesci particolari etc..). La prima sera abbiamo preso un vino che ci è stato fatto pagare (lo abbiamo capito dopo) 86,50 euro. Insomma, da quel punto di vista un po più di trasparenza non farebbe male.

Aria condizionata centralizzata per tutto il resort (non è gestibile dalle singole stanze anche se c’è il termostato).

Pros:

L'hôtel est très joli, décoré avec goût.
La chambre était spacieuse et très propre.
La nourriture était excellente. Et c'etait diversifié.
Un vrai all-in, avec des boissons bien connues et de qualité.
Nous sommes des habitués des hôtels 5 étoiles et celui-ci les mérite ainsi que son personnel.

Nous tenons à remercier Giuseppe M, un serveur du restaurant principal qui a été d'une extrême gentillesse.

Nous reviendrons très certainement !

Cons:

-Il faudrait penser à changer les attributions des tables dans le restaurant, on nous désignait toujours la même petite table avec des chaises peu confortables car nous étions 3 avec un petit garçon.
- Pour les personnes qui aiment nager et faire des longueurs, c'est compliqué, les piscines sont vite remplies de monde. Elles sont très bien pour barboter ou jouer avec les enfants mais pas vraiment pour nager.

הצוות באמת נחמד אבל המדיניות של המלון ומי שמנהל אותו פשוט הורס למשל נותנים 2 בקבוקי מים קטנים כל יום בחדר ואם אתה רוצה עוד זה בתשלום של 1€ לבקבוק חצי ליטר ואם תרצה עוד מים זה רק מילוי מי ברז בכוסות, לפי המדיניות אפילו אסור להם למלא לך בקבוקים (למרות שהיו כמה אנשי צוות נחמדים שזרמו עם זה) ואני מזכיר שזה מלון הכל כלול ומים זה הכי בסיס שיש
יום לפני הצ׳ק אאוט ניגשנו לדלפק הקבלה להזמין ארוחת בוקר כי הטיסה חזרה הייתה מוקדמת והיינו צריכים לצאת ב7:00 בבוקר מהמלון, ביקשנו לקחת את ארוחת הבוקר כמו שעושה כל בית מלון שהייתי בו עד עכשיו. אבל לא במלון הזה! איפשרו להיכנס לחדר אוכל ב7:00 בבוקר עם מזון חלקי מאוד (גבינות קינוחים וירקות) למרות שהוא נפתח ב7:30 רשמית, אבל אסור להוציא משם שום דבר ואם תרצה לקבל קופסא אזי צריך לשלם כסף.

Avoid.
Pros:

The catering staff are the driving force of this hotel. Special compliments to Hanin and Angelo. The outdoor grounds are gorgeous and the evening a la carte restaurants are quite good. Otherwise our stay was a total disappointment and will definitely not return and neither recommend.

Cons:

We were initially checked into a room on the second floor (no elevator) after we had asked for a room accessible and comfortable to use with a baby. Aside from the inconvenience this caused, we noticed that the AC wasnt working well (temperature reaching 39’ outdoors and ac not going lower than 32’ indoors). We asked for help and were thankfully switched to a room on lower grounds, but the AC was again broken. We asked for assistance again and again…on the third day we were asked to move room again….at 10pm!! Did it need 3 days of complaints doe action to be taken? Not to mention that the second room given was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival (we even found food wrappers from previous guests in the bedside tables. I expect better standards from a 5 star hotel than a consistently broken ac and ventilation system, unsanitary conditions especially for young children and an app that just does not work. We never asked for any compensation (perhaps we should have) but neither did they bend over backwards to help (a simple apology would have sufficed…)

Please dont be fooled by the all inclusive offers which undoubtedly attracts families. The a la carte restaurants are excellent but the lunch and dinner buffets with at some point youre going to have to experience through your stay offer little to no healthy options for kids other than the usual fries. We spoke to numerous baby and toddler parents while there and unfortunately we all had the same opinions on the food at least.
