Convenience and ease.
The bed was too soft.
Great place to stay
How quiet the room was. Overlooked the river. Close to the venue to the event I was going to. Free parking.
Roaches in the room. Staff telling me that there were no roaches in the room, despite picture evidence of it. Stains in the tub with some sort of residue. When we informed the front desk that there were roaches, they said there weren’t any in the building and offered to send up maintenance. After 20 minutes when we hadn’t heard from anyone I called back again and they said that maintenance was too busy to help us and they were going to send security up. We asked to be moved to a different room as we weren’t comfortable sleeping in a room with bugs and they told us there weren’t any other rooms available and our options were to either stay or leave so we chose to leave. They did give us a refund, but we had to drive home in the middle of the night over an hour away.

Parking lot had no specific signs for hotel parking
the desk clerk was the only good thing about the place
where do i begin........the ac wasn't working in our room and it was very uncomfortable, the ice maker on our floor was out of order, and the worst thig was trying to figure out how to get back to our room after walking to and from the waterfront concert venue and couldn't find a soul to help. the place is poorly designed with no entrance from the main road. for the price we paid for the room, i would have hoped for a lot more than a mediocre room
