Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast not included in the reservation.

Cons:

Looks expensive not value for money. Reserve through booking.com not advisable at all. Amount charged for 2 nights is more than the agreed amount. When asked then told it is the tax amount. Not flexible for any change.

Wry good place to stay with family
Pros:

Calm and quite, lot of space , in the heart of the city with car parking

Cons:

On weekdays no buffet breakfast which was not to our liking

Great stay at a great location!
Pros:

Excellent location and the premises remind you of an era gone by. Very easy to get around and not too far from the airport either.
The bits that we will remember however are the staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Narain, who is one of the servers at the restaurant, is helpful, friendly and pays attention to the small details. I hope the management team note this as he definitely has a knack for serving customers with a smile - even when things get busy! I also want to say thanks to Ankit at the front desk, who was always available to help out especially when we had some challenges with connectivity and also when we had a delayed flight…..his help made us all just a bit easier for us all. Thanks to both and the staff in general, who were welcoming and hospitable.

Cons:

It is an older building and can do with some upgrades and freshening up. The location and charm of the building sometimes gets lost because the upkeep is probably not keeping up. WiFi challenges on a couple of days were resolved quickly so I suspect that’s not a permanent issue.

Although, the bathroom is size very nice and big but the bedroom size could be a little better.

Pros:

We had a great experience there. The hotel is a quiet and peaceful place adjacent to a big park. The staff is polite and humble and helped us in serving special meals for our toddler.
