The outside looks Beautiful ( you have no idea what you're about to sign up for on inside)

DON’T STAY HERE. JUST DON’T DO IT.
Honestly, this was over $300 down the drain, and we ended up checking out a day early because we were so uncomfortable.
The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, but the inside is a completely different story. It was more than just needing a good cleaning. There were bleach stains on the carpet, dirty walls, holes in the walls, dirty blinds, broken things, and no hand soap in the bathroom. You could clearly see where someone had broken into the door, which made us feel very unsafe.
Our toilet was broken, and we had to wait for a plumber—or what seemed like housekeeping—to come deal with it. When we went to get help, we were made to feel like we were a burden. I don't normally complain, but when you're paying for a hotel room, you shouldn't be treated rudely for asking for something to be fixed.
And the breakfast… frozen, heated, breaded chicken for breakfast?? Why? 😂 The breakfast was honestly terrible.
The employees were also crabby and rude. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but that is no excuse for treating paying guests poorly.
This place has so much potential because the outside is beautiful, but the inside needs serious attention. It needs a deep cleaning, repairs, better maintenance, and MUCH better customer service.
We definitely will not be staying here again. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
The breakfast had choices of hot or cold breakfast items as well as make your own waffles. The indoor pool was open late with moderate temperature. My small dog was accepted well. The handicap accessible room had smooth flooring, large bathroom, and plenty of room to move around furniture. Parking was plentiful. Fresh cookies were available most of the time in the lobby.
The hall carpet was outdated and needed a cleaning. There was not always someone at the front desk.

Zimmer war hell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Pool war schön.
Frühstück war sehr eintönig und es gab kaum Auswahl. Fettige Burgerbratlinge und Standardrührei. Kein Obst (ausser Äpfel). Bei Checkin lagen noch Essensreste (alte Pizzen mit Saucen) im Kühlschrank. Hier wird definitiv nach Auszug nicht ordentlich geschaut und auch nicht sachgemäss gereinigt.
Room was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool was enjoyable. Breakfast was a bonus.
