Cons:

Service at the hotel restaurant is very slow, and the food takes a long time to arrive. The staff are inattentive. We were unable to have dinner due to events held on the hotel rooftop.

great but staff need an upgrade like the Maybourne in France or Claridges in London.
Pros:

breakfast was ok and Location is fantastic.

Cons:

The staff were not very good, unhelpful, uninterested and rude except for the door staff.
