Pros:

Сподобалось все. Швидке заселення. Наявність стоянки для авто (2 євро зв добу). Зручний номер. Єдине, чого не вистачало- це капців. Зміна білизни та рушників кожен день. Сніданок одноманітний, але всі можуть знайти собі страви до вподоби. На вечерю були різні страви від риби та м яса до фруктів. З напитків сік, кола, фанта, спрайт, пиво та вино (місцевого виробництва). Столики були в наявності завжди. Є анімація - аеробіка для дорослих та дитяча анімація кожного дня. Ввечері дискотека для малечі та концерти для дорослих. Кілька пляжів. Є один з галькою-що дуже зручно для дітей. Вода в морі неймовірно чиста. На території є магазинчик, неподалік від отеля невеликий риночок з сувенірами. Кілька разів на день ходить трамвайчик до міста Поріч. Неймовірно гарні закати. Дуже зручні матраци та подушки. Беріть із собою гарний настрій та насолоджуйтеся неймовірним відпочинком. Ввечері раджу поїхати в Поріч та обов язково замовляйте екскурсію на кораблі до дельфінів, але раджу це робити ввечері. Ви побачите не лише дельфінів, а й неймовірно гарний закат. Дякую за чудовий відпочинок

Trotz allem würden wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Grundsätzlich haben wir uns im Hotel wohlgefühlt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Unser Zimmer mit Balkon war zwar eher klein, das wussten wir allerdings bereits im Vorhinein. Da wir ohnehin nur selten Zeit im Zimmer verbringen, war das für uns überhaupt kein Problem.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es die Möglichkeit, mit der Bummelbahn nach Poreč zu fahren (4 € pro Person). Leider war diese Möglichkeit vor Ort nicht angeschrieben – wir haben es eher zufällig selbst herausgefunden.

Auch der Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Wasser war glasklar und die Bucht ist vom Hotel aus in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Liegen am Strand gibt es gegen Gebühr (7 € pro Person).

Die Poolanlage ist groß und schön gestaltet und es waren ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Aber schnell alle besetzt. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Liegewiese mit Hängematten, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Poolhandtücher wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und konnten täglich gewechselt werden. Der Pool war zwar ziemlich kalt, bei den warmen Temperaturen war das aber eigentlich eine angenehme Abkühlung.

Auch das Essen war gut.

Cons:

Wir waren aufgrund der guten Verkehrslage, bereits relativ früh im Hotel. An der Rezeption wurde uns lediglich gesagt, dass wir zu früh seien und das Frühstück nicht inkludiert sei – was uns natürlich bewusst war. Anschließend bekamen wir unsere Poolhandtücher und das Parkticket. Eine herzliche Begrüßung, ein „Willkommen“ oder eine kurze Erklärung zum Hotel und den wichtigsten Informationen gab es leider nicht.

Generell haben wir das Personal leider größtenteils als wenig freundlich und sehr distanziert empfunden. Natürlich gab es einzelne Ausnahmen, aber insgesamt fehlte uns die Herzlichkeit.

Beim Servicepersonal hatte man häufig das Gefühl, gar nicht wahrgenommen zu werden. Es wurde kaum Blickkontakt hergestellt, ein Lächeln gab es nur selten.

Auch an der Rezeption fühlten wir uns leider nicht wirklich willkommen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch, was für viele Gäste kein Problem darstellt. Da wir selbst allerdings nur sehr wenig Englisch sprechen, war die Verständigung für uns teilweise schwierig.

Auch die Zimmermädchen wirkten auf uns sehr distanziert. Ein „Guten Morgen“ oder „Hallo“ gab es meistens nicht.Wir hatten das Gefühl, gar nicht wahrgenommen zu werden.

Ein besonders großer Kritikpunkt war für uns die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Es werden hauptsächlich die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt.
Uns kam vor das der Boden nie gewischt wurde und die Oberflächen nie abgewischt wurden.

Das Essen war gut aber kaum abwechslungsreich. Jeden Tag das gleiche essen eventuell ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Die Dessert Auswahl sehr wenig und jeden Tag das gleiche.

Špina a šváby -odfotli nakamerovali sme špinu a šváby hotel odmietol reklamovať nechceli ani prevziať sťažnosť, hlavne že poslali niekoľko upratovačiek deratizovať (ale tie švalby boli po aj chodbách) kvalita kedla výrazne šla tiež dole oproti predošlým rokom, tak kvalita potravín ako aj jedál. Menšie možnosto ovocia ráno ako po iné roky… špinavé riady pod chviľou…
