Great hotel, beautiful breakfast, helpful staff, great location for our needs in Foshan
Pros:

Beautiful clean hotel and helpful staff. Breakfast was fantastic with so much variety. Great location close to so many restaurants and malls and shopping. Just ensure you ask for a bed topper as the beds are very firm - but when we asked for one it was on the bed within 10 minutes

Cons:

The sliding door to the bathroom/toilet was so heavy to push.
I also requested for an extra bed, which during check-in, the receptionist told me it was already added in the room. When we entered the room, the extra bed was not there and it was already 2am... we had to wait for the bed to be sent to our room.
I also requested breakfast for 3 days which i told the receptionist which she said ok. On the 3rd day of breakfast, the restaurant said they didnt have record of my breakfast... i told them i already told the hotel receptionist...subsequently i just told restaurant to charge it to my room deposit. When i checked out, the restaurant charged me more than what the hotel charged me for breakfast... End up i paid more...

Cons:

Staff need more training, i booked for one night and they upgraded my room and i did early check in. Thank you for that , appreciated .

BUT: i asked them i might extend my stay tomorrow do i need to pay for the upgrade ? They said no just book the same category and we will keep you in the same room. Unfortunately next day morning they said room are not available!!! I was totally disappointed and left the hotel to find another hotel and was too late for my meetings . Personally i will never go back to this hotel even if its 100 free . Its not about booking, its about the way how they treated me .

Disappointed. Im in China for work not fun . Every day and every hour is for me important. Lost half day
