L'emplacement, la taille de la chambre et les lits. Parfait pour un voyage en famille.

En période de chaleurs, je ne comprends pas pourquoi la climatisation ne fonctionne pas. En effet, je ne suis pas pour la climatisation. Mais il n'y a pas eu de solution de rechange proposée à part des ventilateurs (deux pour 3 personnes). Les fenêtres s'ouvrent mais pas assez pour faire un véritable courant d'air (quand on en ouvrait deux, une se fermait par l'effet du courant d'air). Impossible donc de faire baisser la température. Je n'en ai pas dormi de la nuit car j'étais la personne sans ventilateur pour elle.
L'accueil était déplorable : lobby non accueillant, personnel qui ne dit rien à part : "accès aux chambres à 15h" et il n'y a aucun système de consigne "surveillée". Je comprends que ce n'est plus le Radisson, mais ceci ne coûte pas plus d'argent pour l'entreprise.

Alles und besonders die Lage! Die Zimmern sind neu renoviert ( wir haben in hotel Astor oft gewohnt). Gute Früstûcksbuffet (leider gibt es keinen Zwiebelmett mehr). Insgesamt ein sehr gute Wahl in Kiel!
