Me and my wife very unhappy stay this hotel
Pros:

This property only location is good but for comfier others hotel is very low class

Cons:

No AC in room people can’t sleep in 31 grade inside, sorry to say but want to say in the reception a German woman she is really not for able work in hotel reception, she is unfriendly person

dadurch hatten wir leider keinen Aufenthalt in Kiel...!
Pros:

dieses Hotel hat nicht einen einzigen Stern verdient!!!! Ich habe tagelang!!! versucht das Hotel zu erreichen und landete ständig in einer Warteschleife

Cons:

die Warteschleife habe ich von mir aus mehrere Male bis zu 30 Min laufen lassen, niemand nahm ab!!! Untereste Schublade, wenn man das Hotel dringend erreichen muss!!!

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und die Lage optimal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich warm. Das Bett nur von einer Seite begehbar, daß heisst bei 2 Personen muß einer über den anderen klettern.

Zentrale Lage, modernes Zimmer, gute Betten, schöner Blick vom Frühstücksraum

Cons:

Von aussen überhaupt nicht ansprechend, nicht ansprechender Empfangsbereich, einfaches Frühstück, extrem heisses Zimmer, obwohl die Außentemperatur max. 17 Grad hatte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 9. Etage und leider war es klimatisch kaum zu ertragen und die Fesnter sind nur kippbar. Das bringt leider kaum etwas. Der Umstand ist dem Hotel bewusst.
