Great views - good location, friendly staff, good clean room - would stay again, thankyou!
Pros:

We had a sea view apartment - view was lovely & included a large open air verandah. Location was good (town is kind of split in 2 & the hotel wasn't located in the town centre end, but was a short car drive or was a walkable distance). Staff were nice. Room amenities were good. Good location for access to ferries to either Russell or the Hole In The Rock tours. Overall - would definitely stay there again!!!

Cons:

Didn't like the pillows, but that is a personal thing!. Had 2 climb quite a few stairs with luggage to get to higher floor, but the view was worth it! The carparks were on the "narrow" side, but workable. No television in the bedroom (only an issue for hubby lol) and the tv in the main area of the apartment was a little on the "small side", but basic issues!

Everything is good, comfortable and well equipped and looked after.
We enjoyed the stay. Location is handy. Bathroom and rooms are spacious and clean.

Cons:

City views through the windows to a petrol station backyard and rusty bits of pieces on the ground.
Bed is too soft, needs upgrade.

Pros:

I liked the parking & the well appointed 1br unit. It was nice & clean. Staff were really helpful & left my key for me inside the unit because I was arriving late. That was so helpful. Would definitely book & stay again.

Recommended and good value
Pros:

Location is good. This is the one of the cleanest hotel/motels i even check in with. Good size fridge, kitchen and laundry/washing set. Super convenient

Cons:

The sliding door (internal) of one bedroom doesn't locked, we left the door ajar for the entire time. I don't like the bed, it's too soft and my partner is way bigger than me, I kept sliding to his side at night. Second night we sleap on different bed. The last thing I wanna mention is lack of hook in the bathroom. The only place you can place clean/dirty clothes is the cubby underneath of the basin, or on top of towel warmer. But there are clean towels in the cubby and towel warmer... it looks like a common issue for most of the hotel/motel. Idealy, put one behide the door.

Pros:

Great location, 3 mins drive from town centre. Complete with all amenities and v comfortable. Has a really nice patio outside where you can have meals.
