Novotel Saigon Centre

First of all i would like to thank Ms Thao for the warm reception and the room upgrade. Huge improvements were made since my last stay back in 2025. Executive lounge was way better than previously and really glad that the management listen to the guest's feedback and improve from there. Breakfast was good as always. The whole team is great. Lovely and pleasant stay. No complaints. 5 stars

After three long years I finally return to the new look Novotel Saigon Centre.

Originally booked one night that extended to three which turned into 7. I was clearly having a great time.

Absolutely splendid stay in an upgraded corner suite. All the rooms have had a major facelift and are exemplary in comfort and amenity.

This hotel boasts not only a world class hospitality team across the board but excellent and extensive facilities including in house spa, gym, breakfast lunch and dinner options. Don’t miss the epic seafood and meat buffet on weekends!

The Novotel Saigon delivers an exceptional lounge experience for those privileged to have access with all day snacks and light drinks and with the dinner canapés providing a fantastic spread to satisfy all whilst maintaining Accor explorer and business travel standards.

When other lounges are dwindling in offerings the Novotel has not only raised the bar they have doubled down on the quality of food and beverage selection whilst welcoming Accor members and their families with open arms. Yes kids have the green light here in the Novotel lounge.

Particular and sincerest thanks to the GM Mr Vu whom we met briefly, EAM Ms Thao, Ms Anh, Ms Nhung, Mr Viet, the amazing Mr Ali on coffee and drinks and Masterchef Mr Coung.

Clean and comfy, very friendly and helpful staff

Great service, welcoming attitude of staff, food and drinks were excellent! Location around 1 km from District 1 tourist areas, so good one! Had a very good experience with front office manager - Loc Pham throughout our stay. He was very cordial, accommodated our request for a Suite upgrade as an Accor Gold member, and also gave us Premier lounge access as a goodwill gesture. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms met our expectations. Overall, perfect mix of location and Accor service!

Modern hotel in a great location, close to most tourist attractions. We spent two nights while entering Vietnam and a further night upon leaving. Executive king rooms, with lounge access. Our eight year old daughter slept on the courtesy sofa bed. Lounge access is good but limited, hot and cold dishes, with beer, red or white wine, a few spirits but no cocktails. Nice city views from the lounge also from the rooftop bar one bar a floor above. Breakfast is really good, very big selection of Western and Eastern dishes.
Swimming pool is okay, unfortunately doesn't catch much sun but we enjoyed it after a days of tourism.
We would definitely return to the Novotel.

This was my first stay at Novotel Saigon Centre, as I usually stay at Pullman Saigon Centre, and overall I had a very good experience.

The hotel’s location is very strategic. During my 5D4N stay, I had several meetings and was able to walk about 1 km to my meeting venue, which made the trip very convenient and efficient.

The room is not as spacious as some other hotels, but it is well-equipped and has everything I needed for a business stay. The work desk is not very deep, so it is not the most ideal setup if you have a lot of devices, but it was still manageable for me.

One of the highlights of this hotel is definitely the executive lounge. In my opinion, it is one of the better lounges I have experienced. It offers all-day beverages, pastries, and fruits, which was very helpful for my schedule. As I had a mix of back-to-back virtual and physical meetings, it was very convenient to stop by for a quick lunch while continuing to work. The evening cocktail service was also good, with a decent variety of food and drinks.

The gym is fine and the equipment is in good condition. My only comment is that the air quality in the gym room could be improved, as there was a noticeable smell. Also, towels were only provided at the swimming pool level downstairs, which was a little less convenient.

Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choices. No complaints there. Most importantly, the crew members were kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.

Overall, this was a solid stay and I would gladly return on my next trip to Saigon. A thumbs up to the team.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The rooms are small, and there aren’t enough lifts to cater to the number of guests. Three lifts servicing 20 floors so as you can imagine there was some long waits at busy times. Breakfast was good . We also experienced the spa and was a great experience.
