Please note that there is an additional fee of GBP 15 to use the spa facilities for one night stay, and £20 per stay for 2 or more nights. Guests who use the spa must be over the age of 18.
Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible.
Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine.

Pool area is lovely, Staff great, service very good
Breakfast was disappointing. Plenty of everything but only just warm under the serving dishes. Items had been in the dishes far too long such as scrambled egg was dry and like rubber, Bacon burnt one side nearly raw on the other. as were the sausages. Cold continental was quite good.

The Spa Facilities Need A Bit Of An Update & A tension To Health & Saftey Issues At Present UnSafe Wodden Seating In The Suana Needs Replacing & Very Wet Flooring When Very Busy At Times!..A Dangerous Slip Hazard As I Experienced Coming Out Of The Changing Room Door After Using The Toilet Back into The Spa Area...I Slipped Backwards Back into The Changing Room Door & managed To Grab The Door frame Work & Wall With My Hands To Have Unfortunately Damaged My Elbow & Arm With A Bleeding Gash With The Force Of Hitting It To Break My Fall...I Was Attended To By Steve In Spa Reception Who Came Out To Me...& Then The Receptionist First Aider Emma I Think...They Where Both Very Helpful & Attive & Emma?... Cleaned Me Up & Compound Bandaged Me Up...& We Filled In & Filled An Accident Report In...& Steve Mopped The Floor Areas Up & Think Then Put Down Wet Floor & Slip Hazard Cone/ Signs Down...Will See My GP For A Check Up On Return To Norwich/Norfolk On Return From My Holiday Break In Bournemouth...

There was no fried or poached eggs available at breakfast, even at request.
I am still owed £5 for choosing to not have the room serviced!
Although parking was available it was an extra cost that was not outlined at the booking.
Location is 20 minutes walk to the beach & town in a a quiet area. Close to St Michael’s road for a mix of local shops , Restaurants & bars.
Slightly disappointed that the Swimming pool is not Private, It is Adjacent to Bar & Restaurant !!
The lounge
The access to go to our room. It’s like going through a maze.
Both my family and I absolutely love this hotel. We visit several times a year as it’s one of our favourites. Whenever we need to escape our routines, we get in the car and drive there to enjoy a few lovely, relaxing days.
Communication. We tried several times to contact them—by phone, by email, and through the app where we made the reservation—but they never respond.
Check in was easy and the room was clean.
The room decoration is a bit drab, could do with brightening up.

Communication: is terrible, they never answer the phone or reply messages.
Breakfast: is a little bid poor so we prefer to eat out for the same price or cheaper
Comfortable room and probably the best breakfast I've had in a hotel.
Children in the small swimming pool with their parents which is completely understandable but means there is little opportunity for anyone else to have a proper swim.
