Important information:

Please note that the standard rooms cannot accommodate any extra bed.

Extra bed supplements must be paid for at the hotel directly.

Please note that there is an additional fee of GBP 15 to use the spa facilities for one night stay, and £20 per stay for 2 or more nights. Guests who use the spa must be over the age of 18.

Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible.

Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine.

Dinner inclusive rates include 3 course meal, some dishes have additional supplements.

Please note that this hotel does not accept cash payments.

The restaurant will only be open for breakfast on 24th - 26th December 2025. The kitchen will be closed for dinner on 24th - 26th and 31st December 2025.

Good stay with spa facilities
Pros:

Spa facilities. Staff friendliness. Nice meal in the restaurant. Walking distance to the beach.

Cons:

The room was very hot and stuffy. The fans provided gave very little respite. Made sleeping and comfort difficult. Also it was a shame that the spa was an extra cost for residents.

Pros:

Breakfast was only able to attend once as breakfast did not open early enough on Saturday.
Room very stuffy, too hot and a fan that’s all.

Disappointing uk break :(
Pros:

The location and liked the restaurant, outdoor seating area and pool.

Cons:

No air con in room, window wouldn’t open wide to let any air in, unbearable to sleep. Ended up in hospital due to dehydration ( I am 22 weeks pregnant ).
It shouldn’t be a an extra cost as a deluxe room for air con, it should come as standard! No air con rooms were available when we asked either, all we got offered was an extra fan but the fans they have in the rooms are useless. No plugs next to the bed and no fridge to be able to store cold water either.
Was not expecting the parking charges when we arrived and charged us £10 per night for this, cheaper than other car parks but needs to be clearer.

Amazing, great value for money definitely going back again

Pros:

Close to centre, friendly staff, good breakfast, wide parking spaces, comfortable and clean room.

Cons:

At the time of our stay, there was an Issue surrounding Housekeeping of the rooms.

Pros:

Good location and the pool was excellent.

Cons:

On check in there was a delay, but was rectified. The parking charge was annoying as unless you book direct you get charged £10 a night. However, parking is expensive using car parks and for peace of mind it's easier to pay than keep trying to move the car.

Overall we enjoyed the hotel but were unable to get a good nights sleep because of the heat of the room.
Pros:

Use of the swimming pool and location

Cons:

The room was stifling in the heat. They had provided a cooler unit but this was very inadequate for the temperature

Nice hotel, have stayed several times, would recommend
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable, good value for money

Cons:

Some rooms do not have air conditioning, and although we had an integrated fan, this was not adequate for keeping the room at a comfortable level.

Close to beach that’s it.

Cons:

Already paid online and told me to pay again at the hotel. Refused us several times when we showed proof of booking. Had to go through booking.com for a refund. Staff unmannered and not professional. Rang the phone for help/service said we have to come down ourselves and ask. Waiting time at reception took decades, could’ve climbed Mount Everest and back in the time I have to wait. Room unclean, the cleaning cupboard was left opened for the cleaners and where they store there duvets bedding etc looks like an abandoned storage, but in this case was very dirty, I saw spider webs near the bedding, floor in there needed a hoover. The little fan in the room is classed as aircon, building throughout is hot!! No air con whatsoever. They basically say if you don’t ask for your room to be cleaned they give you £5 to use at the bar… so the less cleaning they have to do they bribe you with a £5 off to use at the bar or restaurant which is ridiculous!

Jedyne to lokalizacja jest przyjemna i miły spacer do.plaży.

Hotel masakra. W pokoju było prawie 30 stopni Celsjusza cały czas. Personel mało pomocny zbył nas że" jest ciepło i oni w domu też mają ciepło" małe wiatraczki do chłodzenia. Niemożność zamiany pokoju. Niebezpieczne dla zdrowia I życia. Pokój brudny. Nie sprzątany. Raz wymieniłyśmy sobie same ręczniki. W łazience bez wentylacji. Pod prysznicem brak mydła.Ohyda. Popękany od wilgoci sufit. Okna zablokowane . Nie można ich otworzyć wywietrzyć. Na naszą prośbę o zdjęcie blokady- odmówiono.
Basen nieużyteczny. Pod szkłem jak w szklarni upał i woda gorąca. Wytrzymałyśmy dokładnie 10 minut bo wpisuje się w zeszyt.
Śniadania porażka. Żeby w Anglii dawać owsiankę w pudełku z proszku😳. Żadnych warzyw świeżych. Zero sera żółtego, zero szynki, zero twarożku. Co drugi dzień banany. Obłęd . Nie ma co zjeść - szkoda kasy. Czystość też słaba. Jedynie kawa dobra. Recepcja nie pomocna także w tej sprawie.
Zero EKOLOGII- małe paczuszki plastikowe. MNÓSTWO PLASTIKU. WSTYD.
Sumarycznie- pobyt fatalny, zero odpoczynku w nocy, noce nieprzespana, brudno i podłe jedzenie. Odradzamy.
Nawet na finał Mistrzost Świata w piłce nożnej nie umieli zorganizować krzesełek żeby pokibicować.
Przykro nam bo.piękna przyroda i wybrzeże. Wybierzcie inny hotel stanowczo.
