Important information:

Please note that the standard rooms cannot accommodate any extra bed.

Extra bed supplements must be paid for at the hotel directly.

Please note that there is an additional fee of GBP 15 to use the spa facilities for one night stay, and £20 per stay for 2 or more nights. Guests who use the spa must be over the age of 18.

Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible.

Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine.

Dinner inclusive rates include 3 course meal, some dishes have additional supplements.

Please note that this hotel does not accept cash payments.

The restaurant will only be open for breakfast on 24th - 26th December 2025. The kitchen will be closed for dinner on 24th - 26th and 31st December 2025.

West cliff has always been the best part of Bournemouth, so this hotel is perfectly placed
Pros:

We have stayed here about 6 times now, it’s got to be the best hotel in Bournemouth, great location being on west cliff, lovely pool and spa, very clean, staff are lovely, would highly recommend

Great location, not the most welcoming
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to the town centre and beach/ pier.

Cons:

Staff seemed inconvenienced by us.
Upon arrival, our room was not ready for the check-in time of 3pm and the lady on reception offered no explanation nor apology for this so we weren’t able to check in until 3:30pm. When we did get to our room, the standard of cleanliness was below my expected standard with hairs on the floor and rubbish left in the drawers.
Staff don’t greet you as you enter the hotel or walk past them - or even acknowledge you when waiting at reception.
The overall vibe of our stay wasn’t a pleasant or welcoming one - will not be returning.

disappointing stay, wouldn't recommend as relaxing spa day, but ok if visiting for work.
Pros:

the room was clean and had the facilities needed. The staff were friendly. The location was convenient.

Cons:

the spa was disappointing, there was no place by pool to relax unless you were in upstairs pool which was overlooked by people in bar area. The relaxation room had uncomfortable furniture, no pillows/blankets. No background music and one picture on TV which did not change. The downstairs pool was cold and there was cold air blowing through. The seating around the down stairs pool was tile covered and uncomfortable. No where to read a book. We only stayed in spa for two hours when we had paid for all day. The breakfast food was luke warm, only just cooked or over cooked and tasted like reheated food.

Pros:

Had a lovely stay. Everything went well but would have preferred not to dine with loud music as we were seeing family and wanted to chat. This was on the Friday evening. Food was very good.

Good and the breakfast buffet itself was great.
Spa facilities for an extra £15 (£10 with offer) was good if not very premium

Cons:

Check in was slow despite completing online two days prior!
Bed was u comfy and despite claims of a rerun wasn’t particularly good. Will feel tired again very soon.
Bar staff were rubbish… suspect poorly trained and unmotivated
