Important information:

Please note that the standard rooms cannot accommodate any extra bed.

Extra bed supplements must be paid for at the hotel directly.

Please note that there is an additional fee of GBP 15 to use the spa facilities for one night stay, and £20 per stay for 2 or more nights. Guests who use the spa must be over the age of 18.

Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible.

Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine.

Dinner inclusive rates include 3 course meal, some dishes have additional supplements.

Please note that this hotel does not accept cash payments.

The restaurant will only be open for breakfast on 24th - 26th December 2025. The kitchen will be closed for dinner on 24th - 26th and 31st December 2025.

Excellent gem of a hotel and value for money.
Pros:

I don't know how this hotel only gets 3 stars ! We stayed in a refurbished room and it was lovely. The food was good and the staff were very pleasant.

God hotel with a high standard for rooms , food and other facilities.
Pros:

The room exceeded our expectations but there was some scope to improve cleanliness on the toilet

Food provided by the hotel was good as well as the provided. The hotel location as a bit off the main track for other facilities.

Cons:

Even though there was a lift available there were still stairs to negotiate with luggage.

Almost good value for money but terrible sleep and bad breakfast.

The spa was great and room size was good value

Cons:

Many aspects of the breakfast were very poor and did not taste good. The room was ridiculously hot, with only a small window and no air conditioning despite a sheet of paper in the room that promised air conditioning. We could barely sleep due to the heat.

Wonderful staff, great location!
Pros:

Overall the stay was very pleasant. On our arrival, we were given a room on the first floor that was VERY dated and shabby, walls were filthy, fans were taped together with parcel tape, paint peeling everywhere etc. I went to reception and we were given another available room that was a much nicer!

The spa was nice, not amazing but a nice pool, Jacuzzi, steam and Sauna. Again slightly dated but functional


The staff are very friendly and helpful!

Location is fantastic!!

Cons:

The room was very very warm and due to windows having safety catch, we couldn’t get much air inside. Was provided a fan but it had little effect!

The cooked breakfast was very dry.. suggest to stay with the cold breakfast selection

Pros:

Foi absolutamente perfeita a estadia! Quarto maravilhoso, espaçoso e limpo. Spa maravilhoso, restaurante ótimo, atendimentos excelentes.
Hotel incrível.

Cons:

Não há nenhum ponto negativo na suite que ficamos, mas antes de fazermos upgrade de quarto, o quarto anterior era muito quente, sem ventilação e com apenas um ventilador pequeno.

Check if your room has a bathroom door. !DO NOT STAY HERE DURING HOT WEATHER!

- The room was terrible:
I don't know why there wasn't a door to the bathroom. It was just an archway to the bathroom. They can't afford to attach a sliding door to the outside to give some sort of privacy?

The windows don't open far, so during a heatwave it was disgustingly hot.

While a hotel is never responsible for a heatwave, they ARE responsible to taking proactive steps to modernise a room and make it bearable for PAYING customers.

Putting a fan in a room where the window doesn't open is not effective as you cannot direct the hot air outside. Fans are simple a tick-box answer by the hotel to suggest that they're helping.

- The noise level was high because we had a fan on full for the entire night.

- Tea and coffee facilities were fine.

The hotel won't act on this or other review, but they need to think about the fact that their rooms are unbearable in an increasingly hot climate.

I will never stay there again, and I will never recommend it.

Aufgrund der überhitzen, stickigen und dreckigen Zimmer, enttäuschend.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war dreckig und fleckig. Mein Waschbeckenabfluss hat immer gegluckert wenn ich oder ein anderes Zimmer das Wasser eingeschaltet habe.
Wir waren während der Hitzewelle da. Da Personal nicht kommen konnte, wurde die Zimmer einmal sehr spät und einmal garnicht gereinigt und aufgebettet. In den Zimmern (1. Stock) war es wegen der Hitze unerträglich. Der kleine Ventilator half da auch nicht. Da die Zimmer nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügen haben wir darum gebeten, die Sicherungen an den Fenstern zu öffnen, damit diese weiter als 10cm geöffnet werden können um frische Luft ins Zimmer zu lassen. Dies wurde mit der Begründung „safety regulations“ abgelehnt. Demnach war es in den Zimmern furchtbar heiß und stickig. (5 von 7 Nächte)

Cons:

Not really clean. Top floor level rooms are hot, much more so than lower levels. Room was a bit dirty and toilet wouldn't flush. The images of the facility are heavily doctored.
