Please note that there is an additional fee of GBP 15 to use the spa facilities for one night stay, and £20 per stay for 2 or more nights. Guests who use the spa must be over the age of 18.
Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible.
Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine.
Dinner inclusive rates include 3 course meal, some dishes have additional supplements.

Friendly staff and close to town centre and beach
Not much selection of food during buffet breakfast. Both coffee machines out of order so limited hot drinks available. Drain smell coming from bathroom

Carpet in room needs a good clean many stains
Everything the environment was amazing the staff were polite and helpful especially when I couldn't work out the AC the spa is always a must for us when we go
There are a few tiles missing of the pool floor in the spa which I caught my toe on a few times but it's nothing major

I have never been to a hotel that do not replenish teas and coffees in the room. Room was clean but in need of refurbishment
Place was clean and so was our room, especially our bathroom.
Will say the bed was lumpy. Couldn’t book an evening meal when we wanted.

Porters were ment to check hotel during night shift
But nothing
It was so bad I had to put tissues into my ears to block out noise from room 71

the storage in our first bedroom which unfortunately had to be left due to a leak from ceiling was really poor not even enough coat hangers

I expected more from a Superior Double room as the name suggests. I expected a double bed but two single beds were merged together. I expected more for the price.
