L'emplacement pour visiter la ville.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et malgré nos demandes répétées , rien n'a été fait. A la réception, ils nous ont raconté des histoires à chaque fois.

It was close to the downtown area, that was the only good thing about this property

Cons:

We were without air conditioning for two consecutive nights. We repeatedly informed the front desk staff, who assured us that the issue would be addressed, but no action was taken. At one point, we were instructed to return to our room and wait 10 minutes, yet no one ever came to resolve the problem. We also contacted Booking regarding a refund, but unfortunately, we did not receive meaningful assistance. In addition, the response from the reception staff was disappointing and lacked professionalism. Overall, the situation was handled poorly, resulting in a very unsatisfactory experience
