La Posizione

Cons:

La camera, letto attaccato al muro non ne vedevo più da anni, pareti con tempera sbollata, ho lottato tutta la notte con le zanzare, e non devo essere stato il solo, visto i cadaveri sui muri😏. Dalle tre stelle mi aspettavo altro.
Colazione di scarpe sa qualità.

Hotel céntrico un poco viejo
Pros:

La ubicación. Está al lado del Teatro Massimo y a escasos 10 minutos de la parada del bus del aeropuerto. Ubicación perfecta.

Cons:

La habitación (y el hotel) necesita una remodelación. Es antigua, tiene algunos elementos rotos en la habitación. Aunque es amplia y cuenta con cocina y baño, podría estar mucho mejor.

Dissapointing and not as advertised

The property was advertised as having air conditioning. This is not true, it has climate control which was switched off even though it was 34 degrees for the entire time we stayed there. I asked the guy at reception if he could turn on the climate control and he declined to do so. He had a fan beside him to cool himself down. I asked could we have one in our room. He told me there were none. The add for the hotel states that there is air conditioning, this is incorrect and misleading.
The night we arrived was late and we were very hungry after a long late flight. I asked was there anywhere near that we could get some food (it was 11.30pm). He bluntly said that he didn’t know?! He was so unhelpful. He did not smile on our arrival, he did not even welcome us on arrival. He was very unwelcoming. When we got to our room we discovered we each only had one wafer thin pillow each. I went down to reception to ask for extra pillows. I was told that he couldn’t get me any as he was on his own ?!
Overall the reception we received was cold and unwelcoming.
As regards the breakfast offering, every morning many items ran out and were not replaced. I brought this to the attention of the guy looking after the room who acknowledged it but did nothing about it. They also ran out of glasses and cups and we had to use paper ones !!! I could go on and on about our experience.
Overall this was not what we expected and we were very very disappointed.

Camera non troppo grande per 3 persone, difficile muoversi all'interno. Servizi in camera al minimo (shampoo, sapone etc).
